I arrived at the reception of Best Western Hotel on Argyle Road to require one room for one night which was quickly followed through in their system on the condition that I paid £ 100 deposit which would then be transmitted onto my account within 4 to 5 working days. I really believe, as they told that this was the Hotel's procedure that returning the deposit would never be a problem. Yesterday, I finally checked whether they had transmitted the amount concerned, I was yet surprised about their behaviour. Even more so, when I passed by there to collect the money, I was not given any sorry that we haven't yet only questions. I told them the date of checking in and they behaved puzzled. One staff member even threatened to call the police on me whilst I am demanding my right to have my deposit paid back.
