Location is hurible and hardly to find, so many heavy doors to pull find used towel

I would never stay here again. Firstly room was dirty and stunk of cigarettes and ****. The reception staff were rude and unhelpful and would benefit from a customer service course. 3 people staying but only 1 towel. 1 mug. No care or attention taken. Stinky grotty minging hotel that didn’t feel safe, clean or comfortable. Avoid at all costs.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! We go away all the time and stay in hotels for the night. This is by far the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in, we paid £170 for the night thinking the hotel would be a nice clean place to stay and it was one of the most disgusting hotels weve ever been in. There are stains everywhere and looks like it’s not had a proper clean for ages. It was so disgusting that we got moved rooms and that was just as bad with liquid dripping down the wall that hadn’t been cleaned and dirty marks all over the base of the bed and the carpet, these weren’t stains either ir was something that could of been cleaned and wasn’t. It was that bad they offered a 3rd room and we declined and went straight down the street and paid for a travel lodge for £110, £60 cheaper and was a lot better and cleaner than that disgusting place. The whole place is disgusting and they have the cheek to charge £170. Stay in the travel lodge down the road it’s 10x cleaner and cheaper. We still haven’t had our £50 deposit back either. The whole place is a dirty scam. DO NOT STAY!!!!!!!!
