BON hotel is a place to be. if you have not visited BON hotel try and do. I have been there times without numbers. It’s very calm and neat, with good hospitality, good meals. the atmosphere is just awesome. It has good swimming pool, bush bar, nice drinks,with standard and sophisticated rooms.

The hotel is clean. There was an issue with our booking but the Female Manager was great. Later on another Manager helped also. Staff are friendly. I can't remember names but they were outstanding.

Pasemos por aquí, es que el lugar de la vida es pequeño, pero la comida es buena. Hay restaurantes chinos junto a ellos, y también puedes comer cerveza y algunas comidas occidentales

The 4 night stay in Ivy Emerald was a wonderful and breath taking experience. The environment is very clean and beautiful. The rooms are well decorated with fully functional facilities. The staff are very friendly and accommodating as they are always willing to assist. The only area that requires improvement is the breakfast as it has limited options and the buffet does run out quickly. It was a good stay overall and well recommended.

Spacious rooms and quite clean. Very helpful housekeeping staff. Dirty water in the swimming pool. At the reception they are a bit too slow and a bit too shy, but always trying to satisfy any requests. Food in the restaurant is always the same and not particularly impressive. The most of the time they take very long time to deliver in the room, or just need a very long time to take your order. Actually if they are busy doing some paper works, they ignoring you util you don't request attention. Definitely they need to improve their customer service. Pay attention to the dirty tables keep the terrace organised and be more efficient. We want to thank the new joiner for his different service Mr. Omo, you are the best

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Check in was smooth and fuss free with very efficient staff at the desk and a very pleasant bell boy who took my luggage to the room and showed me how the controls worked, etc. The room was large, airy and clean with an incredibly efficient air conditioner! Amenities were branded but could have done with bathrobe and slippers. The food on offer was very good but efficiency and speed of delivery can be improved upon. The staff were very pleasant and “my barman” at the front of the hotel was excellent (I unfortunately have forgotten his name…); he kept the beers flowing!! Housekeeping efficient. The terrace was also a nice place to relax and enjoy good music and food.Location very good as in GRA and close to major arteries and not far from both local and international airports. Overall a very nice experience and I shall be back!!!
