"Me and my sister spend 11 days in this hotel. Very friendly staff. Good service and the manager try to make his guest feel comfortable. 24/7 Air-condition and electricity. Very close to all you want. The only thing I don't like is the bedspread. Lots of stains in it. They need to be replaced and the bathroom needs maintainace and every corner of the room need to be cleaned. The estate is very friendly I recommend it."

They were insects in the room I had to call the front desk and they sent someone to deal with this which made me to wait in the lounge till the insecticide's smell vanished. "I stayed here almost 3 months from July to October 2016. location is the key factor for this hotel. it is very near to Ikeja mall. Hotel staffs and Managers are friendly. rooms are old. problems in the bathroom doors, old refrigerator which setting cannot be adjusted, dirty pool. No channels available to watch in the TV. WIFI is so poor, only available in ground and first floor, I always used mobile data. even in the hotel without any star rating gives at least 2 bath towels and one face towel but here only one bath towel in a room. No free tea or coffee in the room. later free water is also stopped. restaurant food is poor. Definitely improvement is needed on the above said points. I have no choice to move to another hotel because of the location of this hotel is walkable to my work place."

"The suite was okay. What I can't accept is the service. My room wasn't cleaned at all for two days. I had to ask three times for the kitchen to be cleaned. They forgot to leave towels in the room. The staff even called my room asking for personal gifts. That's unacceptable. I'll never stay there again."
