Excelente hotel ubicado a menos de 15 minutos de Munnar. Las instalaciones están nuevas y de primera calidad. Cerca del hotel hay todo tipo de servicios, y justo en frente un bar donde sirven cerveza. Pese al entorno, no había ningún tipo de insectos en las instalaciones y todo cuidado al detalle. El restaurante, en general, estaba todo bastante bueno. Muy recomendable. Volvería a repetir sin duda.

We had a pleasant welcome at the reception. They provided very clean rooms. Pool was very clear. Location of the resort is also nice. Room service was also good. I recommend this resort for newly married couple.

It was a lovely experience. Staff here is too friendly and serves great hospitality. We had a medical emergency and they helped us with utmost and concern. Must stay

Stay was comfortable; balcony view is good property is located just adjacent to munnar by pass road. Food was good prices on higher side. Services nothing to complain

Cloud castle is very good. Best view, very polite and helping staff. Even breakfast quality was good and tasty. Might require little bit cleanup for swimming pool but overall very good experience by staying in hotel and will be staying again in next tour.

Reciding here for 2 days was a great experience . Service was quick and responsive , staff over here were very polite and welcomed us with their open hearts 🥰🥰. Rooms were big , clean and pleasant. Every necessary things was provided. Food over here was qualitative and quantitative....🥰😋
