El hotel es bastante bonito y las habitaciones son bonitas y espaciosas. La cama es muy cómoda. Lo peor de la habitación fue que la máquina de aire no tenía aire caliente y en el mes de julio cuando estuvimos hizo bastante fresco, y en la habitación hacía frío. Preguntamos y uno de los recepcionistas nos dijo que no había, pero luego otro nos dijo que sí y que vendría un técnico, que lo único que hizo fue poner el modo de calor en la máquina y subir los grados pero la máquina no lanzaba calor. Estuvimos mirando con ellos en otra habitación y pasaba lo mismo, por lo que no tienen disponible esta opción de climatización. Considero que es algo importante que deberían mejorar en un hotel de montaña, donde baja la temperatura por la noche. La piscina es fantástica aunque no nos bañamos porque no hacía buen tiempo. El desayuno me pareció bastante pobre para un hotel de esta categoría. El tostador no funcionaba bien y como opciones adicionales al desayuno indio, solo había tostadas, que además no se podían tostar. La cena sin embargo sí que estuvo bien. Había bastante opciones y estaba todo rico, especialmente el primer día que tenían platos cocinados en el horno tandoor en el momento. Parte del personal podría mejorar porque con el tema del aire parecía que no se enteraban mucho y el día que nos fuimos estaba estropeado el ascensor y tuvimos que bajar nosotros las maletas por la escalera y nos vieron desde abajo pero se hicieron los despistados y no se ofrecieron a ayudarnos, o a mandar a alguien a ayudar.

had an incredible stay at Elephant passage resort Munnar - it's by far the best I've experienced! The ambience was stunning, and the rooms were spacious, spotless, and luxurious. The food was exceptional, and the service was outstanding across the board. Every staff member, from front desk to housekeeping, was professional and attentive. The spa and massage team were fantastic, providing a truly rejuvenating experience. A special thanks to the Front Office Team for for always welcoming us wit a smile and the management team for their outstanding hospitality. I wouldn't stay anywhere else - highly recommended!

Our stay at Elephant Passage Munnar was an unforgettable experience.... from the moment we arrived we were blown away by the sheer beauty of this place. The resort is perched on a hilltop, offering breathtaking 360 degree views of Munnar’s landscapes.The best part? The infinity pool at sunset! It’s truly something out of a postcard, with the sky turning shades of orange and pink as you relax in the water. Our room was massive, and the private jacuzzi on the lower level made the experience even more luxurious Another thing that stood out was the food every meal was buffet style with a great selection of delicious, fresh, and well-prepared dishes. The staff deserves a special mention because they made us feel so welcome and taken care of...... If you’re visiting Munnar, this is the place to stay!

Our first time in munnar. We stay at elephant passage resort Munnar. We enjoyed the hospitality We enjoyed the food quality and the service's. It's a little far from the munner town and the road to the property is a little challenging but it was a good experience. Would love to come back again.

The services of this hotel is excellent and mostly the bonn fire is amazing and interesting and the whole area of the hotel property is fabulous. One should visit this hotel....we would recommend our family and friends too😊👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

By far the best luxury resort in Munnar. Everything about my stay at Elephant Passage was perfect. The infinity swimming pool was the most beautiful pool I have ever swam in and the views were amazing at sunset because the resort is on a hilltop. Our room was clean and spacious. we even had a private jacuzzi in our room which was amazing. They also offer a buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and everything I tried was delicious.

Me and my wife we stay at this resort it was our first time in munner. We had a lovely stay the resort was so peaceful and Clam the staff were very friendly and always ready to assist us wit anything. The view from the pool was mismarising and breathtaking. WOULD love to come back again.
