I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with a booking (3 days stay for 27k for 10 people) I placed at this hotel. I had made a reservation for a room well in advance 1 months ago, but upon arrival, I was informed that the room was not available and I was given a room which I haven't booked and at the same time one of the worst in the resort (no bed, no sufficient lighting and and very far away from other rooms and office with no view). I had travelled in so many places in India and oversees, but I could say this was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel and has left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. I was counting on this room to be a relaxing and comfortable place to stay, but instead, I was subjected to an unacceptable level of inconvenience and poor customer service. The staff was unhelpful and unapologetic, and did not offer any alternative arrangements or compensation for the trouble caused. The lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable (especially from the owner). I was paying for a room that was promised to me, and instead, I was left with nothing. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and has left me feeling cheated and misled. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone and would advise anyone considering staying here to reconsider their options. The hotel's inability to fulfill its obligations and provide the services promised is a reflection of its poor management and lack of concern for customer satisfaction. I hope that this review will serve as a warning to others to avoid this hotel and to encourage the management to improve its services and ensure that its guests are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve.
