This one is a real small homestay on the outskirt of main Munnar town (about 20-25 minutes). We had a rental car, so distance wasn't an issue for us. There wasn't much of view from the room, but it wasn't much of issue for me as we hit Munnar's famous sprawling tea estate view within 5 minutes of driving. The homestay is run by Ashik and his family. They are very polite, always willing to help you. Being a small establishment, they won't be providing evening snacks but breakfast and dinner will be served within limited menu. Cooking is done by Ashik's mother, and it was quite good. We stayed for 2 nights, with 3 adults and a child. With 2 dinners and 2 breakfast for all, it cost around 4k. Couldn't ask for more in a place like Munnar.
