Great views .fantastic location.. New clean facility....food preparation needs more finesse...tea time snacks should not be repetitive....very friendly and helpful.staff... we will def visit once again in next few years. Munnars greenery is what beckons us

Me and my husband is very comfort at the stay. The Y treated well and very help full,especially Front office staff .She is awesome.I Love to stay again.thank you valle For giving Nicee experience ..its a five star hotel.best stay....Nicee service

The hotel was very clean and modern. The views were spectacular and the staff was very helpful. Our room overlooked the tea garden and also provided us a great view of the morning sunrise. We had breakfast and dinner there and both were good meals. If I would have any criticism for them is to make the service a little bit more prompt, especially when it comes to the meals, but I saw that as a trend through my entire south Indian trip. Our driver who stayed on site said he wasn’t offered warm water for showers which he said it was very unusual for a five star hotel. Recommend the management reconsider this stance.

Very nice, modern, zen-ish hotel. Staff & service were excellent. The food was excellent in variety, quality & taste. Although much staff during meals, it still took a while so be prepared. The "High Tea" in the supposed "cozy Cafe" was neither. The Spa service offerings were plentiful, very reasonably priced & nice. The sauna had a gap at the door so did not seal properly and an access tile in ceiling was completely missing so steam/heat...went out that opening as well. The cleanliness of the property as a whole is lacking - to those with higher standards such as expected from high end hotels in USA etc... While the linens and floors were clean, the edges, baseboards, tile grout, inside cabinets, walls seem to be skipped all together. This will continue to age the property faster than necessary & degrade the overall experience & facilities. We noticed this at Amber Dale x 10000 - horrible. Just not proper cleaning, wiping ALL surfaces, corners, walls. Bottom line, we would recommend if visiting soonish before the grime takes over - unless this is rectified through additional training & attention. Lovely get away but the drive from & back to Kochi would prevent me from going again.

This was an unforgettable stay! The team’s hospitality, the breathtaking views of the tea plantations, the exquisite cuisine, the rejuvenating spa, and the thoughtfully curated activities for guests made it an exceptional experience. Its convenient location, close to Old Town Munnar, added even more charm to our visit. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a perfect getaway!
