Hoteles Motel 6 en Idaho Falls

What an amazing find!! We got a great deal on Priceline. The hotel is immaculate and beautiful. From the minute you walk in, you feel at home. I cannot express how welcoming the staff was as we checked in. The room was newly decorated and the beds WOW, so comfortable. The added accessories (shampoo, soap etc) was a great touch. The spa was heated perfect and a great size. It's outside, but good wind cover. There is a firepit outside adjacent to the spa with really nice comfy seating. The pool is inside and was warm and super clean. There is a burger restaurant inside the hotel. I give it three stars for taste. One star for service. We sat at the bar several minutes while the one bar tender spoke to a friend. Then she grilled me over my id (I'm 60 yrs old lol). She finally said she just had not seen the new California licenses. So may just a Cali hater. But drink was good. We ordered food from our room later from the restaurant. They said it would be 15-20 minutes.We had to call to check on it 50 min later. They said should be on its way. About 15 later it arrived. Order was completely wrong but we were done and hungry so we kept it. They need customer service lessons from the hotel staff haha. All said and done. This will be our hotel stay every time.

Hilton you should be ashamed! I called in advance of my daughter traveling alone cross country to come home. She is 20 years old. I called the number listed on HILTON GARDEN INN - IDAHO FALLS website. Pressed 1 for new reservations and apparently got transferred to a call center. I explained the situation that my daughter was 20 and traveling without me (however, she had my credit card) and made sure that there would not be a problem for her to check in. I was told it absolutely was not a problem as long as she had the credit card I was using to pay with the reservation and that they would add her name to the notes in the reservation. Paid in advance. Was reassured from Hilton that it was NOT AN ISSUE and they booked her room under my Honors number. When she arrived at HGI that evening, the front desk would not give her the room. The front desk was rude to her and treated her awful. I called the same number I originally called to resolve the situation and was put on hold for 28 minutes before being disconnected. I then called back and got the front desk staff who said they spoke with their manager and they would not allow her to stay. They told me the call center does not work at their hotel and doesn't represent them. If I call your phone number and I am greeted by an automated system then whoever picks up that call ABSOLUTLEY DOES represent you! If they made an error that's on you and them, not my innocent 20 year old daughter. Ultimately, they sent my 20 year old daughter away in a city she has never been in without a place to stay! Cancelling my HONORS plan! After not having any issues at any of her previous stops, the IDAHO FALLS HILTON GARDEN INN refused to check her into her room and told them to leave the facility because she wasn’t old enough to be there. They have left my 20 year old daughter stranded mid-trip!

Mi Hisband y yo nos gustaron mucho quedarse. La única cosa que no nos gustaba fue las camas que estaban dormidas en jelly. Definitivamente necesitamos subir la clase en las camas. Pero otros más que que tuvimos un gran tiempo. El restaurante llamado Obradys fue muy bueno incluso volvió a almorzar.

El hotel está muy bien pensado y es sin duda lo que cuesta. La casa de baño es una gran habitación, una gran TV y muchos extras del lobby (24/7 café, mesa de piscina, juegos, gimnasio, piscina y calor).

El Best Western Plus Cotton Tree es un agradable lugar para permanecer. Esta fue nuestra primera estancia @ el BW en Idaho Falls y volveremos. La habitación era espaciosa y muy limpia. El desayuno era grande con una gran variedad de alimentos para elegir. El café fue muy delicioso.

Our room was very clean with no unpleasant smell. The room was spacious with everything we needed .the Clarion Inn Is located close to the freeway and was easy to find. Hot breakfast was average but good. Wonderful friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely go there again. It is a great value! Highly recommend.

Stayed one night on our way to spokane and it was clean and the staff was friendly. On the way back a family member purchased another hotel which was a disaster, I immediately called this motel 6 location and they got us into 2 rooms right away. The lady at the front desk was awesome, friendly and ready to help and with the debacle at the other hotel it was much appreciated. This will be the hotel we stay at when we are going through here.

El hotel está justo al lado de la cascada artificial en Idaho. El hotel está separado del microondas y la cafetera. El desayuno es normal, hay una máquina para hacer muffins, a los niños les gusta. Las instalaciones del hotel son generales, el grifo del baño es muy antiguo y el agua no es buena. Salt Lake City vino para quedarse en el camino, puede correr al Parque Yellowstone.
