Club Munamar Beach Resort – All Inclusive

My nephews have just stayed in this resort and had to leave due to raw meat being served which could have made them seriously ill and not to mention my sister being pregnant who could have fallen ill. Pots/clutter in the corridors what my nephews could have tripped and fell on being young and could have hurt themselves. Very untidy and not lived up to the reviews put on “on the beach”. Very disgraceful. Not to mentioned not even 1/4 of a refund back.

I was hoping the food should improve after week 3,but NO!Apart from breakfast(bread at breakfes is stale toast and rolls,forget about traditional tutkish somun bread or simit)everything is bad,food from today's lunch is recycled into tonight's dinner,some kofte or kebab either fried(tonight's faul flavour) it will be in tomorrow's lunch in some kind of sauce to disguise faul taste!There is also late lunch they call it a snack,every day the same some kind of burger or kofte cooked from frozen,chicken nuggets,salad and chips.There sre no snacks or ice cream,no tea time cake,nor late breakfest,nor midnight snack(after dinner 21.00).Bar is open until 00 with faul spirits in miniscule measurements,I drink white wine or rose which is nearly never kept in the fridge,served warm unlike bean stew(second night in a row)served cold!On couple of occasions burek uncooked in the middle(cooked from frozen,outer layer fried in the center raw pastry),nobody checks food before it leaves the kitchen,amateurs working in catering and hotel industry! Apart from waiters in the dining room nobody cares,I belive whole menagment needs to put more effort in or get replaced with staff that can speak at least 1 foreign language and care about guests,they can't speak English or hardly? They do try hard to clean up the act from past,redecorating,cleaning but you have to watch cleaning staff taking stuff from my fridge on couple of occasions after I tipped them twice,which is s no no in.my book!Internet doesn't work of works on and off in.rooms,I've reported issues twice to reception nothing has been done,they know yet notjinh improves!Daily charge for safe is £2, condensation problem in bathroom(mildew) in old block needs good scrub, entertainment is pathetic apart from 2 nights,there was a Turkish night and Clowns for kids.If you are thinking of fabulous Turkish cuisine don't come here,if you do stick to salads!Maybe they think we Brits don't know about good Turkish food?I know that I have 3 top notch turkush restaurants in Barnet where I live!No gym as advertised,pool 9-18.00 hours.,joke.The thing that upsets me the most is laid back attitude of menagment,like they know all! I wonder what owner thinks while trying to keep business afloat?I paid for 18 nights with flights and baggage £750,now is £49 per night 🤣,unless you are in the new block don't book!They have to work on authentic Tutkish cuisine,put some lamb in dishes not just chicken and turkey meat!

We had an amazing stay at this resort. The lounge area is both relaxing and impeccably clean, offering a perfect spot to unwind. The evenings were a treat, as kids were entertained with wonderful post-dinner shows, making it an ideal choice for families. The food was outstanding, the environment spotless, and the staff warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable getaway!

We are just back from this hotel with our 4 children. We loved every minute the hotel was always clean seen someone cleaning all the time, the food was amazing something for everyone I loved the fact they had plain pasta for lunch and dinner as we have a fussy eater so we knew he would have something. the staff were amazing and welcoming and always happy to help and would stop to chat to the children. Even when leaving the hotel one staff member came and gave our 4 children a pen and a notebook each. We will definitely be back.

Don’t book! Honestly would scream don’t book here. Food was repetitive inedible and cold slop. Even though we were all inclusive we ate out every meal. Rooms are dirty (found socks and tissues under bed) when I dropped my bracelet. No kettle in room, no iron hire. No toaster available in restaurant. Staff apart from 2 we encountered were surly and we were made to feel we were a chore.

The food was sometimes cold and not a lot of choice,not tasty . During my first breakfast, I saw a large dead cockroach outside near the stairs!!!! Very often the food bowls were empty and no one added food. Several times we had to ask for fresh food. The tablecloths were dirty. The room had old furniture. Once there was a water failure and for some time there was no water in the entire building. Drinks - small selection and only dry wine. There are no snacks, such as ice cream. The sunbathing beds on the beach are old, sometimes broken umbrellas. The beach is not cleaned. I don't recommend it and I know I will never go there again.
