Hotel Aqua

Yemekler ***et güzeldi, hizmet ve temizlik de öyle. Alkollü ve alkolsüz içeceklerin çoğu güzeldi. Geceleri güzel eğlenceler oluyor. Çalışanları ***et güler yüzlü. Sonraki tatillerde de gelmeyi düşünüyorum.

Travelled with my wife and two friends in June. This was a hotel change due to work near the hotel I should have been staying at, and I am giving my honest review. Bedrooms Excellent Room with the best storage I've found in a Turkish hotel. Floor needed replacing and for the money paid should not have been like it was (photos attached). Mini bar stocked daily with non alcoholic drinks and snacks. Food and Drink. I could not fault the food and drink, it was excellent. The layout of the restaurant was inadequate for the rating of the hotel with no order of meats, vegetables etc which meant there was no order to people trying to get food, could be so much better, especially as there was space within the restaurant to do this. It was also very odd that on the 2nd week when the hotel seemed busier, there seemed to be less choice of food which wasn't good for the money paid. Service. The staff were very good and couldn't fault them but the service was very intermittent and it was hit and miss whether you got a drink. Some evenings we had to get up numerous times to go to the bar to get a drink. When we were seen doing this we were asked to sit down and a drink would be brought to us, something we wanted in the first place. Pool/Sunbed Area. Pool too small for the size of the hotel. Sunbeds were plentiful if you got up at 6am and the amount of beds with towels on them without people for the morning and sometimes into the afternoon was again unacceptable. People will say this is normal in hotels but this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel and should be dealt with. No bins around the pool and removal of rubbish was down to the main lifeguard when he was working, if he wasn't, then rubbish stayed there unless we removed it. I don't mind removing my rubbish but there was nowhere to put it! One morning we saw the lifeguard clean one of the small tables and then try to get a mark off with his foot! Not a beach person but there were always sunbeds on the beach. The small seating area by the small bar was not cleaned enough as it was swarming with ants due to the bits of food on the floor that had not been washed down. 2 toilets for the beach and the pool area is not enough. Queueing in 40 degree heat to wait for the toilet when there are 4 people in front of you is not how I want to spend my holiday! The lift was out of order constantly for the last 3 days of our holiday. There were other things but these are the things that stood out for me. This hotel in my opinion is a 4 star and no more.
