Pasamos un dia en el hotel todo excelente.Nos llevamos una buena impresion volveremos sin duda. La comida del buffet principal estaba bien presentada y muy variada para todos los gustos. La limpieza se aprecia en los baños sobre todo y la zona de recepcion. Nos atendio un chico muy amable en el comedor llamado Andy que estuvo muy pendiente de que no nos faltara de nada. En conclusion,pasamos un dia genial disfrutando de todas las instalaciones Gracias a todo el equipo

Pasamos el día en familia en la piscina, comimos en el bufet donde nos atendió charly que estuvo atento que no nos faltara de nada, las instalaciones están muy bien relación calidad precio!!Volvería sin duda!!

La peor cadena hotelera de Ibiza sin ninguna duda para ese precio me voy a Japón o a Nueva York dinero tiraro. Cocina solo de productos de 5 gama y congelado y trato super mal a los trabajadores muy mal es un hotel de tres estrellas como mucho y os están estafando

Stayed with family for 1 week the hotel rooms was small no bathroom just a shower and toilet with frosted glass and a sink in middle was never any options for kids only spaghetti or pizza mostly the pool was disappointing and disgusting many other people staying had said the same it was all green and had scum floating it was in a good need of a clean aswell as the pool filter at the bottom was clogged with leaves and paper towels the food was always warm and great and the staff you couldn’t fault all was amazing a big shout to Christina and her female colleague they was lovely and always happy to help unlike her male colleague Carlos he was always rude and could tell he didn’t wanna be there or serve you I wouldn’t rate this as a 4 star “platinum” as if stayed in 3 stars better and cleaner the room never had a fresh sheet on the bed and wasn’t always the cleanest after the maids had been I wouldn’t recommend staying as a family maybe a couple the entertainment lady she was nice but it was annoying because of her phone would never work so she couldn’t ever play music another thing the WiFi was never working personally I wouldn’t bother staying here

We stayed here in September we were very disappointed this is not a four star platinum at all 3 star at best we payed £1250.00 each and it definitely was not worth it every one we spoke to at the hotel complained as it’s falsely advertised we have stayed in a four star platinum many time with tui so we know what to expect this should be changed to a 3 star and the price lowered , we always book our holidays with tui but this was very disappointing I will say tho the staff are really great 👍

🚨Please do not book🚨 this hotel if you want to stay in a 4 star Hotel. We stayed at this hotel in September 2024 me my family and my in-laws. The hotel is a 3 star. We paid £9000 for seven of us to stay for 7 nights. We along with pretty much everyone else who was staying at the hotel complained that it was nowhere near 4 star nevermind 4 star platinum.

The beds were uncomfortable and dipped in the middle. Pillows to thick. The food was poor. cold, boring, no grill on, poor variety and extremely underwhelming. No Diet Coke, no sprite and no teabags for tea. Just all a bit meh. Won’t be returning.

Do not book this hotel if you want a 4 star platinum as this hotel clearly is not TUI should not be advertising it as such none of the usual extras you expect from a platinum hotel. I do applaud all of the staff who work extremely hard. Visited September 2024 met other guests who also shared my opinion

Lovely friendly small hotel.Plenty of choice of food. Nice touch allowing speciality restaurant on your stay. Staff are all a credit. May seem in area like the restaurant needing a couple of more staff to help out at busy times. Snack bar was the best we had used and Antonio you did the best fries ever.Convenient to beach areas with a less then 10 minutes walk.Love Santa Eulalia and hotel was a five minute walk over the bridge. They sent bubbly up to our room for our anniversary.Thank You.Reception staff were lovely Jonquin and Richard ,female staff they go out of their way to help you making sure my sister was near us.We loved our stay and entertainment was very good make sure you see the magician mime artist he was excellent,maybe to many dancers in one week but so good anyway.Thank you once more for a lovely stay.
