Excellent place to stay. Very friendly and helpful people. It’s very near to AIG and in prime location. U will get everything from here.

I booked the hotel for my family who came for medical reasons at AIG Hospital. just because of their train timings they reached early morning 0430. The staff at the hotel didn't even allow them to go inside and behaved very rudely by saying no rooms available now come after 11:00 am. I understand the Hotel check in time policy but that is not the way to throw out people who are with kids in the late night. At least they would have some courtesy to provide them some place to sit and rest till the time rooms are available. Very very pathetic hotel and staff services.

The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The housekeeping team did a great job. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Really appreciated their warm and welcoming attitude.

Very pleasant stay, very supportive and service is very good.. Definitely very comfortable stay.. Near AIG and very convenient place for hospital duties..

The property is located in a good location for the ones who are visiting Aig hospital overall everything was good. The only exception was the cockroach that was running all over the room , I got some rashes by them. We had to rush out early in the morning in search of tea and cookies , they don't have a dinning hall which is sad .

Hotel was excellent. I really liked this stay. I have another visit in a couple of months. I would again choose this hotel. Best budget hotel. Staff very polite and helpful
