Actually stay in the hotel grand swagath was really nice and their breakfast also really nice and we really enjoyed it. But we faced little issues like there is no water bottle in room so we ordered and waited for little time through room service and toilet sprayer got little issue except this all other really nice their rooms are nice and food costumer caring everything nice

Location was covinient. Good food and room service. Check in check out process was handled very quick and very smoothly.

Room were not clean, phone were not working ac was leaking. After booking the hotel expected a lot but not up to the mark. Charges extra money for early checked in

Ac not working, secondly we have requested for early check in and we arrived dr at 12 clock they asked us to pay 500- even after availability again second time we requested at this moment they said rooms cleaning under process. Initially they allotted 302 and after 6 hours they shifted to 318 dr phone not working, for 200 ml sprite they charges inr 53- most worst front office service,

The stay was good. The room was clean and spacious. The only concern was bathroom. Water was leaking from shower tab as well as the comode. The food and staff was good.

Good property, good food. I stayed there for five days, every thing was okay except house keeping. They don't clean room even if you ask them to do so in the morning.
