Money was stolen from my room, which is absolutely unacceptable in any establishment that claims to offer security. Beyond the theft, the hotel demonstrated a complete lack of ethics: they denied me the meals and activities that had already been paid for in advance. Even though my reservation included everything, the staff insisted that I only had breakfast, and I was denied my meal upon arrival, which was entirely their mistake. This may be the loveliest hotel I have ever had the privilege of visiting. The decor was magnificent. The food was delicious and the "special" sunset cocktail that Brutus created for us - blueberry julep - was fantastic. Cedric was our guide for a walking tour of the Falls and he was very knowledgeable about the Falls as well as the birds and wildlife. From the hotel we saw giraffes, baboons, impala and a black rhino. It was spectacular.
