Worst Hotel and customer service in the entire World. The hotel’s owner, who drives the car and pretends to be a normal employee decided to cancel my reservation and deny my room just simply because he is a very rude person and was perhaps having a very bad day. This happened at 10 o clock at night and is unacceptable. Just because he wanted to prove his power and authority. Leaving me alone, at night, in a dark part of an island, with no taxis, no wifi, no hotel room, DONT STAY IN HOTEL FORTUNA.
