«非常符合預期的一次休閑度假。來之前做了功課，特意選擇了環境好的鄉村作為目的地。 看來沒有選錯。 首先民宿設施新， 好像開業不久， 衞生和用品方面都沒得説。管家還給我們升級了房間，並事先開好空調，是豪華套房， 270度視野，瀕臨一條大運河，還有一顆巨大的有着165年樹齡的樟樹，從陽台就伸手可及樹葉。 看到一條條船衹從運河上悠悠駛過，感覺時光也變慢了。 再來説説餐飲， 我們二天的晚餐都是在民宿裏吃的，味道不錯，也不貴，對得起“私房菜”的名分。工作日的中午和晚上都有很多人來用餐， 感覺他們家餐飲是主業，住宿反而是副業了🤭説到休閑度假，就要看看周邊的景觀了，整個菰城村的生態綠化非常棒，而且樹木都很高大，有道觀，寺院， 森林公園，自然村落，網紅咖啡西餐館都很近， 再遠一些的古村，如狄港古鎮，潞村都在20分鐘車程內。 總之要休閑的，擁抱大自然的，還要小眾一些的，來這裏肯定沒錯的。»

UUsuario invitado¡Sesenta habitaciones, cada habitación es diferente! ¡Y cada habitación es hermosa! Me gusta especialmente el gran césped y las esculturas artísticas➕piscina infinita. Y los lindos perros y gatos son tan curativos. A mi hijo le gustó tanto que no quería irse. 😃Un agradecimiento especial al ama de llaves Xiao Chen, quien estuvo muy atenta al ayudar a organizar todo. ¡Vendrá la próxima vez!

UUsuario invitadoTravelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed!
We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving.
One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home.
Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

LLisaMi experiencia en Naked Castle fue espectacular. El personal fue cálido y amable. Especialmente Johnson, que es el anfitrión más amable. Se aseguró de que mi viaje transcurriera sin contratiempos y me recibió con una hospitalidad brillante. Nadia hizo que mi estadía fuera entretenida y placentera ya que me incluyó en actividades, me dio un increíble recorrido por el castillo y su entusiasmo es un elemento innegable de la experiencia de este resort. Las instalaciones están impecables, la limpieza y la satisfacción del usuario son la máxima prioridad en Naked. Castle y yo definitivamente regresaremos pronto en un futuro cercano.

AanotheritchieWhat a fantastic villa and a wonderful stay. We arrived later at night but we’re still greeted by our friendly hosts at the carpark. The girls at the villa went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable … their service was excellent tending to our every need, they had even pre-warmed our room before our arrival (we stayed in the middle of winter). We also brought our 2 dogs, and whilst most stays that we’ve been to are tolerant of dogs this villa also strived to make their stay as comfortable also, providing extra dog beds for them and also giving them both a little breakfast for both the days we stayed. I cannot stress how amazing the service was the girls not only tended to all our requests but also offered well thought services, like providing a sweet dessert to help with dry throats. The venue is super cosy with a modern traditional facade, the room itself was modern, clean and comfortable. The direct area surrounding the villa is made up of small stores with some being under construction, the girls guided us to a local restaurant which was very good. Within walking distance there are playgrounds, small trails and vegetable gardens which was perfect for our morning dog walks, we surprisingly spent more time exploring the local area than we thought we would. The Chinese breakfast served was delicious, and for the coffee fiends I can confirm it’s good, made from a proper machine. 位於核心區域雲上草原附近的棲夏民宿🏨。
🎈民宿地理位置超棒👍，周邊全是餐廳🥢，

而且，夏天大家最愛的漂流項目也在旁邊，
簡直太方便啦💦！
這家民宿不得不説，在細節方面做得真的是非常到位👏。
雖然體量不大，一共就七間房，
但每間房都佈置得格外温馨🛏，
並且全部配備獨立投影📽和浴缸🛁。
房間的洗浴細節更是超出期待值😲，
竟然有直飲熱水機和女生專用的卸粧棉、濕巾，
這在很多高端民宿都是沒有的哦🤩。
房間建議選擇直麪竹海的房型🎋，
如果遇到下雨天🌧，
睜開眼還能看到一場美輪美奐的雲海☁️，
那意境，真的簡直了[色]，彷彿置身於仙境之中一般🧚。

AAdventureDadThe location is beautifully secluded up in the mountain with fantastic views. The staff were super helpful and friendly and tried to make our stay as nice as possible. They took us to see a great sunset, showed us a reservoir where we used an inflatable dingy and rigged up a telescope to view the super moon. Our dogs loved playing with their dog DiDi. Unfortunately there were some issues most likely due to being understaffed and covid times. We arrived early and they were kind enough to let us use the room however they might have done a rushed job the rooms were not clean, the fresh bedsheets had not been washed properly and had some dirt stains. We went down to the pool and there was a dead frog and lots of bugs floating in there, my boys spent some time cleaning it out so they could swim, but we did not see anyone cleaning the pool during our visit. The common toilet downstairs was pretty disgusting and was not cleaned throughout our stay. During our stay we needed to ask for daily room cleaning and emptying the rubbish bins which they did sporadically. The hotel is also in big need of repair and maintenance. The main attraction was the pool but many tiles had come off the floor and there were many sharp edges waiting to cut some delicate feet. Our shower flooded the whole bathroom, the staff were aware of the issue and hopefully at some point can be addressed. The door handle to the balcony was almost falling off because you need to pull very hard to close it. The food tasted great and needs to be preordered. You might need to double check that they received the order as there were some confusion, dishes no longer available (we found out at the dinner table) and they ran out of rice.
Overall it’s a lovely place they just need to do continued maintenance and get some more staff to help cleaning then it will be a fantastic place.

UUsuario invitado之前在攜程上看到有預售套餐就先購買了，雙休臨近出行再預約很方便。會有客服提前電話詢問需要大床還是雙床，再告知有管家會加微信聯繫。
等小鵬管家聯繫我後，真的超級貼心，正好週六下雨大風，他有提前告知我們，也建議我們如果是要去雲上草原的可以改期。
因為我們本就想窩酒店，再就帶娃去趟熊貓探險樂園的，就直接週六正常辦理入住啦。當天可能因為天氣原因，人很少。
等臨近晚上天氣不下雨了，管家小鵬還給娃拿來了瓜子可以喂松鼠，土撥鼠，真的哈可愛～
酒店設施還是很完善的，房間裏還有個小朋友的小空間，我家娃特別喜歡，小朋友的洗漱用品，馬桶輔助的都有。
松鼠部落酒店除了要多走路爬樓梯，但一家人走走散散步也是很愉快的。但第二天早餐，説實話就沒啥驚喜感了，哈哈。
如果是帶低齡小童，單單一個松鼠部落和熊貓樂園兩天很充實了。
等以後有機會再來體驗山上的酒店～

UUsuario anónimoXiao Li en la recepción fue educado y atento, y me dio pequeños obsequios durante el período del Año Nuevo chino.
La cabaña familiar en la que nos hospedamos esta vez tiene una cama grande en el dormitorio principal en el primer piso y una azotea en el segundo piso con dos camas individuales separadas, muy adecuada para traer dos niños. Ya sabes, finalmente no es necesario que 4 personas se amontonen en 2 camas.
Tanto los dormitorios como el salón están equipados con aires acondicionados, y el baño tiene calefactor, por lo que no sentirás frío aunque la temperatura esté bajo cero.
Como nos mudamos antes del Festival de Primavera, había muy poca gente y contratamos el patio de recreo.
Hay pavos reales y ovejas en el lindo paraíso de mascotas del hotel, pero no se vio ningún otro animal.
Lo más valioso es que al anochecer se pueden ver muchas estrellas que no son visibles en las grandes ciudades.
El hotel es muy grande. Debe tomar un autobús de enlace hacia y desde el centro de recepción. Es inconveniente pedir comida para llevar. También puede comprar comida con anticipación. vaya a los restaurantes occidentales y chinos del hotel.
