Post-Plaza Guesthouse

Stayed here one night on our trip. This hotel was an old post office, remodeled into a hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Shower had nice strong pressure and was large. Lots of plugs in the room. Breakfast was included in a basket in the refrigerator, however, I guess we slept too late (0900) and the refrigerator was empty and we only could eat dry cereal that was on the counter. I guess the other guests assumed each person got a basket and it wasn't by room. So they should fix this by being more clear to their customers. Possibly label each basked with the last name of the guest? We had looked in the refrigerator the night prior and peaked into a basked and were excited to eat it only to find all food gone by the time we entered the kitchen. Disappointing for us. Also, the code to the bldg access never arrived, so we had to call the host to get instructions on how to access the room. Town of Husick cute and only a couple minute walk to main street where whale museum and walk watching tours departed. Good fish and chips restaurant below the whale watching areas on the harbor.

This place is FACELESS! it's weird and problem some when there's no one responsive to guests inquiries, like how do I get in the building and room? Apparently, you're supposed to get an email from Booked.net that provided the info. I didn't receive one. I called the phone numbers and sent an email with no reply,,,ever! That's bad business and terribly inconveniencing for guests. We used the pin to get in the building, looked around and took the twin room (unlocked) that we booked. We didn't have a room key that night because we didn't have the box access code. That said, this place is a decent overnight. Renovated with a nice kitchen for use. Breakfast basket in fridge was generous and good. Coffee machine nice. Good locations.

It's very close to the centre of Husavik. The room was spacious and clean. They offered packed breakfast which was nice, the kitchen is very well equipped. Highly recommended if you are looking for palace to stay in Husavik.

camere pulite, cucina comune molto grande, pulita e attrezzata e a due passi dal centro del paese. ci siamo trovati bene e lo consigliamo soprattutto per soggiorni brevi. i prezzi sono nella media. Unico appunto è il caldo nelle camere (a giugno i termosifoni erano al massimo quindi c'è voluto un po' per raffreddare le camere)

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte in una camera con bagno privato. Struttura rinnovata, pulita, luminosa e accogliente. Cucina e living nuovi e ben forniti...abbiamo trovato anche una macchina per capsule caffè espresso a disposizione (top!). Camera piccola ma graziosa e confortevole; bagno spazioso e pulito con doccia ampia. Camera e bagno benissimo riscaldati. Praticamente nel centro di Husavik a pochi passi dal porto.

Avevamo prenotato una stanza matrimoniale deluxe .Quella che ci è stata data non corrispondeva alle foto e alle descrizione vista on line. In particolare non c'era spazio per uno.dei due ospiti per scendere dal letto in quanto attaccato al muro. Al momento del check in abbiamo contattato la struttura ma non ci hanno cambiato la stanza. Sono stati molto scortesi.Dato che la stanza era molto cara ci aspettavamo un trattamento ed una assistenza migliore.
