El día que llegamos a ls 2am La habitación estaba sucia , sábanas sucias , sin papel higiénico y faltaba una cama . Llamamos y tuvimos que esperar , pero sólo nos cambiaron un Almuadon claramente con manchas . éramos 4 y siempre dejaban solo 2 toallas , todo esta viejo y sucio , y es una pena porque el hotel es bonito pero no está preparado para tanta gente como había y está descuidado . El 90% de huéspedes eran egipcios y a la hora de las comidas era la guerra , cogían la comida con la mano y la volvían dejar , se peleaban , se colaban … la comida horrible unas colas interminables , el desayuno ni una triste fruta .bebida mala , si había algo “bueno” era de extra pago . Se servían la comida que no les cabía en el plato dejando al siguiente sin comida … y luego veías mesas con platos llenos tirados …. Lo poco que hemos comido siempre lo mismo . Y mis hijos han vuelto malos del estómago . Fuimos varias veces a la ciudad a comer dignamente . La playa sucia con caballos haciendo caca en la arena . Una piscina a parte para gente con bikini . El personal desagradable , les pedias cosas , te decían q si y te ignoraban . El parque acuático a reventar !! Se cuelan , no respetan nada . Coincidimos con un italiano y se quejaba de lo mismo que nosotros. Que pena no haber hecho caso a las reseñas cuando las leímos 😣 De verdad que ha sido el peor hotel que he estado . Elegid otro, no es de las estrellas que dice . Menos mal que Las excursiones nos han encantado … porque sino hubiera sido un desastre de vacaciones

I’m sorry to see lots of poor reviews on here, and felt I must write about our experience. I came with my sister- we are in our 50s and have travelled quite a bit. We were moved to this hotel from another, after being away on a Nile cruise. We were told our first hotel was overbooked and we had to stay here for a night with transfer back to our other hotel (Sea star beau rivage) the next day if we wished. We decided to stay based on kettle in our room ( game changer for us!!) the large, clean and bright room. There was Spag, shower gel, shampoo, bottled water every day in room. Staff were helpful and friendly, quiet pool ( no one else there AT ALL!!) It is a HUGE place - about 12 pools. Very clean INDEED - lots of staff working hard to keep everything clean and the gardens were very well tended too - a pleasure to look out on! The food was OK …. Not brilliant but we always found something we liked. There is a small restaurant on the same floor as reception and that was SO MUCH better than the one on the ground floor and rather cavernous (and noisy!) - both served same food, but service upstairs was very good (thank you Ahmed) and quiet, small tables. Alcoholic drinks not great ,(but we are not big drinkers) beer was ok, and plentiful squash and soft drinks (understandable when you think majority of local guests may be teetotal 🤷🏼♀️) We had great hamman and facial and found if you are pleasant, all the staff (without exception) are very pleasant, friendly and smiley. We went (unknowingly!) during an Egyptian school break, so, naturally, there were lots of local people having fun in pools (one is heated a all others cold, but all kept extremely clean - we saw staff testing the water daily) and in the evenings where the entertainment was loud and definitely aimed at families. However, all music stopped at 10pm and then completely quiet. We went in January, so maybe more international guests during summer?? Overall, although the hotel is not a 5 star by European standards ( none are, tbh, in our experience of Egypt!!) we had a relaxed few days being looked after by some nice people.

Came as a family children of all ages just beware there is nothing around this hotel in walking distance. None of the drinks cocktails are drinkable and the food well all the kids lived on chicken and rice the whole holiday deserts was enjoyable. Breakfast was the worst we have ever had mash veg or pancakes. Pools and ground are beautiful rooms are not the best but we didn’t mind so much as to us is a place to sleep. BEWARE they hassle you all day everyday for you to buy trips even after telling them no someone else comes along then again the next person never ending. We have been Egypt before and I wish we chosen another hotel the food, drinks and the hassle from them to buy stuff. Also shop in lobby be careful tried charge £21 pounds for 3 packet of crisps and a magnet.

Very bad do not visit this place lol.The workers are so unprofessional and they treat you so bad that you literally think of going back home everytime.Some workers are not multilingual and you can actually know when they are talkinf about you in a bad way through their facial expressions.

The bedroom was large, the upper dinning room was quieter. Ahmed, Ashraf, Hassany, Mastavy,Mustafa, Mahmo, Sadlh, Mohamed, and Haleefa. Lovely service. But I didn't realise you need to book other restaurants to reserve a booking the day before. Matteo thanks for your front desk help.

One of the worst hotels we have ever been to the food was terrible same food every day always a off smell and disgusting taste and will leave you having food poising the people there are so rude they will push little children just to get in front and the workers are so touchy with the kids one worker put one of the children in a headlock and it was so concerning also the entertainment crew are so unprofessional all they do is flirt with young girls and try to get their social media only god knows what they do next it’s like they work there just to perv on girls also they don’t have wifi only in the reception so when you go to the reception there are so many people you can’t even find a seat all their pools are so cold and you can’t even relax because the workers who provide services like spa and hair force and beg you to buy their services for a big price and when you dismiss them and say no they just keep going on and on and once they leave they give dirty looks and swear in Arabic so unprofessional overall a really bad and boring hotel we all wanted to leave worst Christmas ever don’t come here especially for Christmas your going to regret it.

I booked this Egypt trip through love holidays for me, my husband and 2 kids (aged 2 and 7). We ended up having to spend 7 days at this hotel as the hotel we initially booked, closed at the last minute for renovations and this was recommended by love holidays(as same standard). Certainly if it wasn’t for the excursions we booked outside of the hotel we would have had a terrible trip. Firstly, the checkin staff weren’t friendly at all and spoke very little English. He did not explain anything about the hotel or the all inclusive package. He just scanned our passports, put the wrist band on and gave us our hotel key and pointed to a guy to take us to our rooms. We had to ask the guy taking us to our room about the breakfast and dinner times and where to go etc. Secondly, when we got to our room we were told there’s no WiFi in the rooms only in the reception area (we found out later the next day that you needed to pay for WiFi in the rooms at reception when you check in) Third, there was a kids club and a gym at the hotel which were both closed the entire trip. The gym literally had about 3 machines inside, one of which had an out of order sign. Fourth, there was no iron in the room, when we called down for the iron, we were told we needed to pay for ironing services with laundry to get clothes iron. If you needed anything urgently, it was next to impossible as the service which was provided was inadequate and you had to give your clothes 1 day in advance or pay an additional 50% for express service which still didn’t get you your clothes before 5pm that day. Clothes given before 9am wont be returned before 5pm and anything given after 9am won’t be returned until after 5pm the following day. (In all my travels this is the first hotel I’ve ever been to that doesn’t have at least one iron available for clients to use! Iron and blow dryer are essentials in every hotel I’ve been to) LASTLY and the biggest problem we had at this hotel was THE HAGGLERS, literally they were in the hotel around the pools, in relaxing areas, walking with you to your rooms, unprofessionally dressed, constantly trying to sell you excursions. No matter how many times a day they spoke to you and you explained you’ve already booked they still don’t stop! 😤🤬This part made the stay x10 worst. Even my 7 year old was getting annoyed, asking why wouldn’t they leave us alone. This was my first and possibly my last trip to Egypt due the experiences at this hotel. I would never recommend anyone to stay here!

This is the worst experience I have ever encountered. The staff lack the basics of hospitality and treat the guests in a vulgar way. Special thanks to Mr Mina from the front office for making our stay as terrible as possible. I assure that I will not come here again and not recommend this place to anybody in the future. Thank you Hawaii Paradise for making this the worst vacation ever.

Everything is okey, the hotel.ig good. I have fun time there with my frinds. I will be back next year. The Room was clean and food was good. We will like to go back to Hawaii Paradise Hotel because of the good room, food, kind stuff and good pools and that the hotel is near the beautiful beach. I recomend.
