Iberotel Casa Del Mar Resort

If I can rate this hotel more than 5 stars, I will do so. Those people are hospitality gurus, the way they treated me and my family made us all overwhelmingly happy. Every single detail was taken into consideration and exceeded my expectations. -Once in the restaurant my son was hesitant and in seconds the chef made him a special order that suits his taste. -Snacks and pizzas are so yummy. -The hotel is nice and cozy. -The views are relaxing. -Super clean Rooms, Pools and restaurants. -The main restaurant served seafood several times. However, It was never smelly and this is a plus. -Access was available to Jaz Casa Del Mar's lovely sandy beach. Words won't express my feelings when the hotel sent me a complimentary birthday cake on my birthday and another compliment was sent the next day (fruit platter, nuts and maccarons😋😋) Special thanks to reception team members (Mohamed for his close follow up on any issue, Ibrahim for his complement and Philopater for receiving us). You can´t really fault anything in this hotel. We visited this place at the beginning of March 2025. Hotel staff is seriously very welcoming doing everything they can so you can to feel cherrished, comfy and at home. They do not ask for tips and if you tip them they share it all together. We had no stomach issues, reasonable selection of food. At least once in your stay you can visit Italian restaurant for "special" dinner. Guests were mixture of Czechs, Slovaks, English, French, German and Polish aircrew who change daily. This time of year there were hardly any kids. My favourite staff were Ibrahim from pool bar and Ahmed Saif from restaurant. Beds are very comfy, some international programs on TV, decent sized rooms, heated pool. There are some sports activities during the day and evenings entertainment possibilities.

Lovely week of winter sun. A small intimate hotel, clean, food very good every day. Staff very attentive, especially Ibrahim at pool bar 2, Zak in the main restaurant and Amhed at The Little bar. Beach area a short walk away was nice, again great service for drinks and food from the sister hotel. Evening entertainment on several nights was very good. Beer, red wine and Gin all very quaffable. Booked to return next January already.

We stayed here for a week mid January. From arrival until departure the staff were amazing, felt very well looked after, nothing was a bother for any of them. The entertainment team were amazing and so friendly, always taking the time to speak to us. We were not keen on the French entertainment because we couldn’t understand a word they were saying, we did mention it to guest relations and she said usually twice a week there is French entertainment. Everything was very clean, Rooms spacious but could do with a freshen up. We found the food was okay, we were glad to use the snack bar at lunchtime to have a change from the buffet. It was really nice being able to walk to the Jaz casa del mar across the road and use the beach, bar, have lunch. Mody from entertainment was our favourite. We went to the marina one evening and had a bottle of wine and wow it made us realise drinks in the hotel were not strong.

I visited this hotel for 2 weeks, arriving Christmas day. Good welcome on arrival, explaining the amenities. Bags taken by porter up to my room which was on side where building work is opposite . Other guests had said they had been informed about the building works in advance and offered alternative hotels. I wasn't but the noise honestly wasn't an issue (between 7.30 and 4.30 only). People who complained got moved but the rooms on the main road where the hotel entrance is are noisier. Rooms are big, clean and serviced daily if you wish. There's a few signs of wear and tear but they have everything you need for a comfortable stay. I particularly liked the air con and the large balcony. As others have mentioned, not many electrical sockets in the room so bring an adapter. Grounds are well maintained and two of the 3 pools were heated. The unheated pool is quieter as the activities take place around the heated pool. The food is some of the best I have had on an all inclusive. Never struggled to find something to eat and even after 2 weeks there were dishes that hadn't been on during my 2 weeks. Food always warm and replenished regularly, even if it was towards end of service. Particularly recommend the soups, omlettes and steaks. Ate at the beach as well (there's a section reserved for the Iberotel and the food and drinks come from the sister hotel). The New Year Eve bash was at the sister hotel as well, fantastic food and entertainment. Drinks are what you would expect from all inclusive. The spirits are local and not to my taste but the beer and wine are good. What makes this resort is the staff. Nothing is too much trouble and they regularly checked if there was anything we were unhappy with so it could be fixed. Drinks flowed all day from the pool bars, staff remembering what your drink was. Animation team got everyone involved with activities but weren't pushy. I liked the evening entertainment. Quite low key but I wanted a chilled holiday. I would say this is a resort suited to families with young children or adults who want a relaxing break. Other hotels have more in the way of water parks etc for kids. But this is one of the reasons why the resort is attractive as its relaxed and not too noisy. I know some have already booked for next year and I have done the same.

From the time we arrive, staff were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Ibrahim in housekeeper was excellent and created some wonderful towel art Bar staff Abd and his team in the Lobby Bar very attentive and created cocktails based on our favorite spirit. Abanoub in the pool bar knew our drink preferences for the day ⭐ Last but not lease Zakariya in the restaurant brilliant and Head Chef willing to cook food to order⭐⭐ Hotel Duty Manager round each day to enquire about our stay and if we had any issues they resolved them. We look forward to visiting again soon
