First of all I must say that this hotel exceed my expectations. I knew that 4 stars hotels in Egypt can ne better than some of them with 5, but I always look of that with suspicious. This one is definitly better than some hotels with 5 stars in Egypt. Now, good things are: - Food: very delicious, better than in three other hotels we were before. Also, spoke with dozen of guests from different countries, and they all had same opinion about food. There's everything for everyone. Also, there's pizza and pasta bar from 12-17h, and some grill food (usually) at beach (where's also dinner very nice by sea). - Rooms: we got beatiful family room, very big and spacious. Besides room, everything in hotel was super clean, I mean all amenities - Activity: animation team was really active. Aqua gym, streching, yoga, samba, zumba, darts, volleyball, football, kids disco, oriental dance, music quiz, piano show in lobby. They were very kind every day, with big smile, not too pushy, but trying to involve a lot of people, and also all over the hotel was some of activities. If I could, I will just advice DJ that after Mini Disco show for kids, continue to play kids song, or at least some appropriate music videos, since a lot of kids stay and play around, and DJ played some videos and songs that really are not for kids - Noise: despite all of activities, we didn't hear a thing in our room. Isolation is great :) For those with kids, or who want to rest it is big deal - Service: except for beach bar (where is the most busy, so I assume that's why there are a bit nervous) everyone was super kind. From gardener, to houskeeping, receptionis, bell hop, servers. Good vibes and truly kindness - Sea: there is a several coral reefs on the beach which is great for snorkling. Rich sea life, lot of different kind of fishes. Things that we didn't like: Sunbeds: We almost decide to move to another hotel, when we realized this issue first day. The Hotel policy is that almost all of sunbeds are have reservation with room number, that had to be paid 11€ per day. This is absolutely unreal for us, and All-inclusive concept. We were shocked. This is also caused thah people are waking up at 6,7 am and run to the beach to left towels and "pick" some sunbeds Policy of Guest: Hotel have two wings (Fort Villas and Fort West) that is for adult only guest. That also means that two flanks of beach is reserved for them. That's problem since they are usually half-empty, especially because in villas there's private pools in every room. So, there is only middle of the beach with people with kids. Combine this with unreal policy of sunbeds reservation, and that's big trouble. All in all, we liked this place. My opinion is that they should deside is it just for adults or for everyone. I don't know how it is on summer, but during our stay, there was a lot of elder people, not much young people, so I didn't understand the adults only policy. Hotel is 20min driving from Hotel. Second time at this lovely hotel for the snorkelling and it didn't disappoint. There have been a couple of additions since our previous visit, children's pool and jungle pool both lovely. Food at the beach bar still our favourite but enjoyed the Asian buffet as well. Coming back again soon with our family :)

Just back from 2 weeks at Fort Arabesque. We had a fantastic holiday with great beach and their own coral so no trips required. Can just snorkel from the beach. We saw so many varieties of fish, rays, turtles. Staff were exceptional and could not do enough to help you. The music entertainment gets better each year. We will be back.

Just finishing our last day here at the villa section for the second time. Paid to keep the room till 6pm (100€) rather than hang around for 7hrs before the taxi arrives, thank you Nader for arranging that. This time we stayed in a 2 bed villa on the bottom row which is not as nice as the 4th row sea view we had last time as the room has a few issues (nails as doorstops with the tops missing which I stood on and tiles missing in pool) because it is a little older however it is still very nice and comfortable, Habib and his helper have kept us very well supplied with everything we need and have gone above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay, he has been very friendly and kind thank you Habib. The vacay floaty was very much appreciated as was the fully stocked bar with snacks and free pizza between 1 and 4, the room service was quick and efficient and very tasty. Being the last villa the coming and goings into the service area can be a bit intrusive you need a few more plants for privacy and also a net to capture all the leaves and flowers that end up in our Pool as the wind blows it all to this end of the shared pool which obviously can’t be helped but a net to catch them in ourselves would have been appreciated as at times it was quite bad on the steps. We only ate at the buffet once and the food was pretty good but service was not great as we didn’t get served a drink so we left and went to the club 159. The changes to 159 since we were here last have been very nice, the food was excellent as was the service, all the staff were great but especially Hamndy (hope I spelt that right) who talked to us about Egyptian culture which was very interesting and we enjoyed talking with him greatly. The entertainment was a bit hit and miss as some Of the singers weren’t great, the 2 ladies Singing on Monday evening were the best. We would have enjoyed just having the original music tracks played rather than have them jazzed up and poorly sung (sorry but I have to be honest) but overall we enjoyed our time greatly at the 159. The pavilion service was also very, very good however the menu is the same all week and can get samey so it’s great you can go to the 159. It would be nice if you had a few speciality nights in here such as Asian or American and yes I know you can walk to the other buffets to get this but west bay is too far to walk to In 30-40 deg heat. Overall this has been another lovely vacation, the staff training that has been ongoing since we were last here really shows in the service Provided, please continue to look after your staff well as they are a great asset. Would we return ?? For the right price yes we definitely would.
