Let me start with the holiday started in an old room. Due to a lack of good rooms. So we started not so fine. The next day we where booked to a nice clean for a egyption way of room. To sight seen view of the sea. Managment solved it well by giving a free a la card diner. The service is outstanding. Waiters anf personal in general are very kind. Closure of 6 years of the resorts did not do well as they are now reconstuction the roons at a time so its not crowded at all. We liked that a lot. No que for food. The food is very well. I only missed a real bean koffie. But the pool was nice heated. Like in all resorts there where russian an we do not like them because of their attiude an bad habbits as over consumption and not respectfull towarts personal. Enjoyed it very much our staing. We used also the nearby resort of this company at the sea. Its a 4 minute walk.

The entertainment team is super good and it good music around the sea which makes it more lovely they have activities bocce,stretching,Zumba ,belly dancing which is good and face painting for kids we really do love is a lot and we will come back

Hotel was not good at all,rooms nothing like in pics on holiday sites,had no hot water from shower all week we were there,staff not very helpful with this issue. Food very bland and same every meal time every day. Would not go back to this hotel .....

A good hotel, excellent and friendly staff, there are daily animations, delicious food, there is a bar with delicious cold and hot drinks. Clean rooms, beautiful sea with sea inhabitants, two beaches. The hotel is within easy reach of other shops

What a tragedy. We were at the Empire Aqua Park hotel, and while part of the staff is really nice—like the two gentlemen serving drinks in the dining area—the man standing in the middle of the dining room observing everything (probably a manager) was rude. In every other hotel, you can take food with you for longer trips, so we wanted to make sandwiches since we wouldn't be at the hotel during that time, and we had paid for meals, so we should have the right to use them. We even received instructions from the travel agency to do this. The man came over, started yelling at us, questioning us, and then accusing us of lying and saying he didn’t believe us. He barely spoke English, so we didn’t really understand what he was asking. This kind of "all-inclusive" service makes it a problem to take a few sandwiches for an all-day trip. Of course, you have to pay an extra $30 for a better room—this hotel is a disaster.

I just want ppl to be aware on a member of staff at the restaurant my first night there i had a couple of there cocktails and this certain staff spiked the drinks I woke up on the floor paralysed which wasn't I great experience and also left he's badge as a trophy as I told some other ppl there who reported it I have a feeling he got sacked but that one had to spoil it rest of the staff was great and one that actually was very helpful again reported the incident and did help me till I returned to the UK I wouldn't like anyone to go through what I did

the hotel is just perfect for everyone they keep everyone busy and they are so helpful and kind the rooms are well clean and good we will hopefully come back the entertainment team mostly yara and martin makes us feel like home and we really love it a lot

I went there to meet a friend staying there. O have been to this hotel before, and all was nice. But this time.... The resepsjon treated me so bad. They said I could only sit in the lobby 1 hour to talk to my friend!!. One hour? I said, why you don't want to earn money in the restaurant? Then they kicked me out.
