The territory of the hotel is large and well-groomed, there is a lot of greenery, a water park, several swimming pools, the hotel rooms are normal, they clean daily, what is necessary to bring everything. Food: starting with breakfast, coffee, drinks and sweets are at your service, as well as scrambled eggs with vegetables, or without vegetables. Lunch: a variety of meats, different types of chicken, fresh and spiced vegetables, as well as drinks from alcohol to various juices and sodas. Dinner: these are pastry masterpieces, a huge selection of fruits and of course fried meat, battered and batterless. The food is very tasty and varied. Therefore, take your mood with you and relax.

This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Our room was in need if major refurbishment, with a lot of damage in it. A section of floor tiling between the beds was damaged, leaving a drop of approximately 1 centimetre, other tiles were also cracked. The bathroom was in an even worse state with tiling broken off completely or hanging off. The safety grab rail in the shower cubicle was broken and hanging off, the door frame next the shower cubicle was rotten. Meal times were horrific with pushing and shoving by the 95% Egyptian clientele. The food was horrible, there was nothing worth eating for breakfast except eggs. Lunch and dinner hot meals were served tepid or cold and meat cooked on the terrace BBQ was left uncovered for up to 2 hours prior to service. The food as always the same every day and meat was over cooked and dry. Loud music was played all day on 2 separate sound systems with different music, the only place to escape it partially was on the beach, this consists of grit and not sand. We have stayed at numerous hotels around the world and would not recommend anyone to stay at this terrible hotel. We could add a lot more faults at this hotel but suffice it to say, it is truly terrible.

The hotel must have a single star The food was the worst imaginable in terms of quality and taste. The ceiling at the cooking area and the Pizzeria was black with dirt and oil residue. Always dirty with leftover food at the serving tables. The same dishes every day: Chicken drumstick with the feathers still on, mince steak, the same fish dishes with the same puddings, uncooked and hard vegetables. Often the food was old from previous days. Pastries that were served were often old and very hard. Soft drinks, juice, wine, beer etc. were served at a small kiosk. The amount was huge. The coffee didn't taste like coffee at all. The staff in all places were nice, helpful despite all the shortcomings. The exception was some of the reception staff who were rude and arrogant. The room and bathroom had worn, dirty and broken fittings The swimming pool had some flaws but OK overall The outdoor dining areas had very limited food and drink availability We and many other hotel guests felt that the hotel tried to skimp on everything that hinders the comfort of the customers.

1 star for hotel territory 1 star for employees. The rooms are terrible,the furniture is broken,its smells like cigarettes,everything is dirty.I would definitely not recommend visiting the hotel with small children in the off-season.

This hotel is a far cry from its advertised five-star rating, feeling more like a one-star establishment, especially for a solo female traveler. My experience was marred by intimidation and blatant attempts to nickel-and-dime me, including a charge for a towel card I never received and another fee for the basic act of gaining entry to my room after accidentally leaving my key card inside. The food was an absolute disaster; cold, seemingly cooked hours in advance, and utterly unappetizing, with soggy, fat-laden burgers being a prime example. Compounding the issues, even though I was on an all-inclusive package, I was still expected to pay extra for fresh drinks. To add insult to injury, even the hotel's designated taxi drivers engaged in tourist traps, refusing to take me where I requested, instead trying to dictate my itinerary. The dining room itself was a health hazard, with birds freely flying around and pecking at plates, creating an incredibly unhygienic environment. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere; it is not worth the disappointment or the hassle.

This hotel is not even a 2 star hotel.I really don't know how it is posibil to be advertised as a 5 star hotel. The conditions in this hotel are unimaginable. I was completely shocked when I entered in the hotel moreover when i have seen the room.On the corridors you can see lying bed putting the people walking around at risk. The cleaners are using extremely dirty cloths to clean the rooms which I found unacceptable. You can't even imagine how dated are the rooms with broken furniture and dirty linen who has holes in it. The health and safety of the guests is at risk all times in this hotel,because of the lack of hygiene and health and safety from all the points of views. The staff is rude from the reception guy with light grey suits with squares until the restaurant staff and cleaners . I don't know their names as in this hotel the receptions ,front office manager and general manager are not wearing a badge with their names.When I went to talk to the hotel managers regarding my concerns and issues no one was wearing a name badge. They asked me to pay extra to be moved in another hotel Hawaii which I refused.I wouldn't pay even one more pound for a Hawaii Hotel. The restaurant looks like a cantin for homeless people without the bare minimum standards of hygiene. You can't eat or drink anything decent in this hotel. The bartender is serving the drinks in very small plastic cups after throwing them on the floor. I have seen this few times not only once. We ate outside during our stay here every day as I wasn't putting at risk my family healh . I have left the hotel after 3 nights because of extremely poor conditions from all the points of view. Please avoid this hotel!!!!!
