the service was the best. waiters in aurora bar were fast and polite. (expecialy Ramadan Nagar). Ramadan Nagar was fast and very funny. we liked him very much we also think he is underpaid.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. Delicious food, the best hotel rooms with amazing view. But the best feature in the hotel is the animation team, they are amazing and veryyyy fun. Best animation team everrrr. Will miss you Costa, Spider ,bebo ,Mansy,loopy,sonic

I’m sorry but I have to write my honest opinion, the hotel looks lovely, most of the staff are very nice and hard working, food is basic in the buffet, better in other eateries, hotel is kept very clean, but what let this hotel down is the rooms are very dated and things need repairing, like the shower hook was broken, the advert states tea and coffee in the rooms, no there isn’t, soap dispensers are empty tissue box on the wall empty, I asked for some none available, it took three times of me going to reception for help putting things right in the room, 37 degrees at night when we landed and to arrive at the room to find the air conditioner not working correctly warm air, we didn’t sleep, we asked next day for it to be fixed and they tried but nothing changed, after speaking to the rep we was upgraded, air conditioner working but we had to ask for the things in the room to be filled again still no tea and coffee in the room, in all a day wasted repacking and moving, we didn’t see the rep again at the hotel to talk to. I must say the staff around the hotel are very nice and go above and beyond to help you. But I found it very uncomfortable to come out of the toilet to find a male member of staff asking me if it’s good or ok,

Everything at the resort is breathtaking. Luxurious spatial arrangement, both interior and exterior. Every detail is thoughtfully integrated into the surroundings with a traditionally characteristic touch of the Orient. Indulging all the senses. Best of all, though, is the food. Prepared meals are exceptional culinary surpluses.

Wow! This hotel is absolutely stunning the staff are lovely the animation team is also very lovely and consistent good vibes with them. The food there was a variety of choices and I also recommend the Mexican a la cartè it is lovely. The hotel is spotless clean constantly being cleaned. The only bad thing was the haggling. But you get that anywhere you go tbh. The beach is also unreal and the cocktails sat on the comfiest sofas overlooking the beach was my fav part of the week😂 honestly one of the most gorgeous places I’ve ever been. Quite far out from main town so would recommend using Uber as the taxis in the hotel are expensive, but make sure you let the reception know if your leaving the hotel as you need to fill out a form sometimes. Overall I would say it’s a 5* it was perfect the best holiday to date definitely.

One of the best hotels in Makadi Bay. Well located, welcoming hotel from arrival to leaving. Welcoming staff from the potter's to the management. Spotlessly clean huge hotel where there is plenty to do. Great views of the Red Sea from our balcony(room 301). The sunrise and sunset were spectacular! Great clean swimming pool and the surrounding areas. Superb beach to relax. Plenty of tasty snacks and food all round, specially in the restaurants. In simple words worth going there. What more does one want? HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
