Todobestaba muy bien el jefe osama nos ayudo muchisimo .son muy sinpaticos agradables la comida muy buena todo muy bien la verdad las habitaciones limpias las comida muy buena y la verdad volvere a venir estoy muy contento .y se lo recomiendo a todas las familias con nin̈os hay muchas actividadesd.

¡Mi experiencia en este hotel en noviembre fue simplemente increíble! A pesar de que se presenta como un destino familiar debido a su parque acuático, puedo asegurar que es perfecto para todas las edades. Opté por una Junior Suite, una habitación amplia con un balcón que ofrecía una vista impresionante del parque acuático. La variedad y calidad de los restaurantes superaron mis expectativas. El entretenimiento en el hotel fue excelente, brindando opciones para todos los gustos. La ubicación del hotel, rodeado de otros hoteles, crea un ambiente privado y seguro que realmente aprecié. Además, hay un pequeño centro comercial donde encontré otros restaurantes incluidos en el paquete todo incluido, aunque las bebidas debían pagarse por separado. También descubrí pequeños negocios de souvenirs, perfumes, farmacia, joyería, ¡y mucho más! Recomendaría esta opción para todas las edades. ¡Una experiencia que vale la pena repetir!

The hotel is very beautiful and very nicely decorated. Friendly to families, couples and individuals. The rooms are very spacious and nicely arranged. The hotel employees are very friendly and very helpful. They have a lot of slides for both the elderly and children. The beach is sandy and nicely decorated. You get cold drinks and cold beer at the beach bar. So you don't have to worry about being thirsty. Basically, all praise in all areas, so that a person excels before leaving back to their country, so that they will return next year.

The hotel has already seen its best days, but it still looks quite interesting. Lots of pools, artificial waves, paddling pool, pool with sandy beach, large water playground with slides, lazy river, pontoon slide. Water attractions do not let you get bored. Very close to the sea, very gentle descent, shallow water allows snorkelling even for younger children. Nice reef, lots of colorful fish. Lots of restaurants and bars (general, by the pools, on the beach, in the Makadi Mall center outside the hotel). It is a bit of a problem to find out which restaurants are generally available and which ones you have to sign up for in advance for breakfast or dinner. I highly recommend the Italian restaurant La Terraza for dinner and Kebab Island for Lunch. We also liked Fino, and for breakfast we went to the generally available Sand, Sea and Sun. Every day there were some evening attractions organized in the Show Bar and during the day on the beach. Everyone will find something for themselves. Very nice staff, everyone smiling and positive. The hotel is dominated by Germans, many Poles, Slovaks and Czechs. Overall, I recommend.

Slovakia, great holiday, everyting was great, food,staff, servis, great weather in May. We stay here 1 week and it was great time. I recomande go to the trip. We were in Luxor and it was really great experiemce. We will be back next year. Thanks

Nice beach, very good weather, a lot of different activities (snorkling, boat rides etc.), versatile restaurants, desert rides, very friendly staff and excellent cocktails from Barman Mostafa Abdelhakem thank you&see you next year.

I was staying here with my 4 year old son. The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and welcoming. They are always smiling and happy to see us. Thank you for amazing hospitality and service. The food service is amazing and your have a lot of possibilities. Also the first day they offered us the italian, mexican and other restaurants.

When we arrived at the hotel the room was dirty. Sand all over the floor, hand prints on every mirror. The rooms are very dated, when we turned on the shower the handle came off in your hand. The rooms are less than 3*. The pool facilities in terms of choice are great. 7 pools, lots to do, yet I felt u nsure of the safety standard. The flooring in the children's sections of slides have never been replaced, just the old ones left with new material bound over it. When you stood at the top of it everything moved and creaked. The food set up was terrible, far too many guests for the amount of tables. Queue's 15 minutes long, no cutlery clean. Both our children ended up sick. We were promised a hotel doctor would visit but one never came. Watered down drinks, extra charges for popcorn, cotton candy, disco's, and beverages at the a la carte restaurants. Dirty pool water. I have no idea how this hotel can remain rated as 5*. When we were asked "how was your stay?", and we voiced the above, the receptionist just turned around and moved onto the next job. Stay somewhere else if you can!

I reported a broken bathroom multiple times, and all I received was confirmation that the complaint was noted. For 3 out of my 16 days, I had to go down 5 floors to use the reception bathroom, even during the night! This level of negligence is unacceptable, even for a 3-star hotel. They should have either fixed the issue or offered a room change. The swimming pools were a bit dirty, and the breakfast restaurants were not clean or appetizing—I couldn’t eat breakfast at all. As for lunch and dinner, the Mexican and kebab restaurants were decent, but many items weren’t included, and you had to pay extra, even for Wi-Fi, which cost €35 and barely worked—only 2 out of 8 days for me! The hotel claims to be “all-inclusive,” but most good services require extra payment. You’re better off paying a little more for a real all-inclusive hotel. I stayed 8 days at Pickalbatros Citadel, and the experience was amazing—clean, great food, and everything was included. Had it not been for my wonderful stay at Citadel, I wouldn’t have considered visiting Egypt again.
