這是一家五星級酒店，但是卻有歧視，我和朋友預定了套房，而這家酒店是沒有電梯的，我們的行李很重，但是卻沒有什麼人幫忙，這不是一家酒店的服務，工作人員沒有笑容，但是面對其他外國客人卻很熱情，酒店的食物比較一般，我想不會再來這個品牌的酒店，而且感覺設施很老舊，但是同樣是100多年歷史的阿斯旺老瀑布酒店就非常完美服務，最後一站的酒店，但是讓我在埃及留下很不好的感受，更何況是這個價格，但是沒有一點服務。

Would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxed adult only get away. In a quiet location but with cheap taxis to Hurghada if required. The staff couldn’t do enough for you and were always welcoming. A special shout out to Kadou ‘No blah blah blah’ for his aqua aerobics every day. Least I managed to get some form of exercise in! Also Ahmed our room maintenance guy. He left us many cute towel arrangements and checked every evening that we had all we needed. Medo, Yahir and all the many hard working pool and restaurant staff were amazing. Definitely do the romantic pool meal as the food was delicious (thanks Abdullah the chef) and the setting and service were lovely. Food in general was of a high standard and with plenty of variety. There was always some form of entertainment on on an evening - normally singers but occasionally something different. The beach is walking distance but we got the shuttle due to the heat. Food here is good too and we got to see a few different fish snorkelling close to shore. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and the free 15 items in the laundry service came in very handy. The cashpoint on site is a bit temperamental but there are others at the bus stop at the beach if you’re stuck. We always found a sun bed no matter what time you went to the pool and the drinks service was great! Overall if we were to return to Hurghada we would definitely chose to stay here again xx

Amazing!! Just returned from our 1st trip here & wow we were not disappointed & we will definitely return. Thank you to all the staff for being so welcoming & friendly, hotel is immaculate & our room was huge & beautiful. Food was outstanding.

Booked this last minute and wow did we drop lucky this small amazingly friendly hotel is truly a little gem the staff too many to mention all go above and beyond to make your stay feel like your in paradise the little touches like yaiya cleaning your sun glasses every morning by the pool and the fruit kebabs brought round by the chef and the wonderful waiters keeping you replenished with drinks the food was all so good loved the menu at the pool restaurant so much choice and all freshly cooked. We had a lovely room on the top floor (6617) which had amazing views and was kept spotless by our wonderful cleaner Mahmoud who did amazing towel art and always greeted us with a smile, we were very impressed by all the staff the manager always checking everything was ok with you so you had the best stay he even knew your room number, the main restaurant food was also delicious my hubby loved his eggs Benedict for breakfast and I loved the Egyptian pudding the chef told me the recipe so I can make this at home (hope it turns out ok) hope to see you all again soon

This hotel evokes peace and tranquility! From the moment you enter the hotel to the time you have to leave you are made to feel extra special! All the staff go above and beyond to ensure you are happy and enjoying the facilities. We would like to thank Mahmoud the restaurant manager for the amazing welcome, the staff who work with him are impeccable under his guidance and the chefs prepare amazing food. Also a special thanks to Mahmoud who was our main contact for the room (6604)we stayed in; he was also so very kind and helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel and will be back. *****

Quite possibly the best hotel we've ever stayed at and we just couldn't fault this place in any way. Everything from the food, comfortable rooms, amazing restaurant, pool bar and especially the staff who make your holiday so perfect. In fact we were so impressed with it, we've booked to go back next month.

Our first adults only holiday and not let down. Went in May and will be returning in January and March 2025. Our room was spacious and a view over the golf course. The room was kept spotless by our housekeeper. Breakfast had so many choices and we sat outside every morning. Abdullah made sure our coffee cups were always full. Lunch was down by the pool and plenty to choose from, they will modify any dish to suit your requirements. Evening meals was buffet style but also has a la carte choices and always something cooking outside on the bbq. Mahmood who ran the restaurants ensured the service was top notch. The pool area was clean and plenty of sunbeds and shade if needed. The two pool boys made sure everything was kept clean and tidy, they also offered to clean your sunglasses every morning if they were dirty. This was a great time to have a talk with them. Whalid who brought the drinks to you around the the pool worked exceptionally hard, always with a smile and plenty of humour. Adel in the main bar looked after us well. Sameh who worked in the restaurants and bar would send me back to sit down so that our drinks could be brought to us. We cannot wait to return in January to see all the staff again and have a relaxing holiday. Ian and Nicky

Where to start.. The wow factor at this hotel is incredible. The staff are the most friendliest, helpful and happiest I’ve ever come across in any resort, the room was spacious, comfortable and cleaned to a really high standard daily. The food was another level, something for everyone and always cooked fresh, the bar staff at both the cocktail bar and pool bar were lovely, the reception staff were really helpful. We went for my 40th birthday and the staff here made me feel like a million dollars, certainly a birthday to remember. Thank you for a truly unforgettable week and we can’t wait to return back.

We have been to Egypt many many times as my husband is a diver, so we normally travel there 2-3 times a year. We booked Steigenberger makadi on a wim as we both had some time off work. What I can tell you about this hotel is, its fabulous, we completely fell in love with it. The staff are absolutely brilliant, kind, friendly and courteous, Steigenberger should be very proud of they're staffing team, from the front desk to the pool bar and cleaners every single staff we interact with was brilliant 👏 Steigenberger was a place we could go reset breath and relax 😌 the food was the best we have ever had in Egyptian hotel, chef Jo at the lunch bar made my husband a steak to die for 😁 but even in the buffet the food was amazing and you could order items to be cooked from the special menu which was part of the AI. the hotel is quiet and relaxing some good entertainment at the cocktail bar in the evening, it was bougie without being snobby. If your a man remember to bring trousers as there is a dress code for dining in the evenings. If your looking for a party hotel this is not the 1 for you, however if you want peace, quiet, quality food and good service this is the place. There's lots of night life outside the hotel just book a cab at reception ( I booked an uber which was a 127 Egyptian pounds, but the driver then messaged me he wanted 24 € to take us to senzo mall and back, the hotel only charged 17 € round trip, uber was cancelled very quickly 🤣). I honestly cannot fault this hotel if I could give 10 stars I would. This will now be our go to hotel in Egypt.
