Beiyue Yijing Hotel

No comment on the location as we didn’t check out the town. The room looked just like the pictures and nicely decorated, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The soundproofing is absolutely terrible. I couldn’t sleep at all because of a constant flushing noise that started around 10 PM and went on non stop until morning. It was incredibly frustrating and made for a sleepless night. They mentioned it is AC sound but I switched it completely off yet the flushing sound didn’t stop… The bathroom was another major letdown. It had a very unpleasant odor, and the floor looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in ages. There is AI to control the room but not helpful if you can’t read Chinese. Struggled with translator and to be honest it was more cumbersome to have that because that was the only thing controlling the AC and it’s in Chinese. I chose this hotel thinking that a higher price would mean better quality, but despite being one of the more expensive options in the area, it was extremely disappointing. On a more positive note, the service was decent… the staff were friendly and helpful. Also, the breakfast spread was surprisingly good, with a decent variety and well-cooked options. Still, despite the good service and breakfast, I wouldn’t stay here again. A hotel should provide a restful night’s sleep, and this one simply doesn’t. The entire property is in need of refurbishment, especially the soundproofing. Until that’s addressed, I can’t recommend it.

這次帶孩子來城市遊玩，選的這家酒店完全超出預期！從下車開始就有工作人員主動幫忙提行李，前台辦理入住時還特意給孩子準備了小玩偶，瞬間拉近了距離。這樣兼顧服務、設施和位置的酒店真的太少見了，已經把它加入了我們全家的“旅行住宿清單”，下次來肯定還選這裏，也會推薦給身邊有親子出行計劃的朋友！

這家酒店真的太棒了👏🌟👏本人很少評價，但是遇到這麼好的酒店，必須要評價一下，服務非常周到細緻，我們帶着孩子來爬恆山，服務小姐姐介紹的也非常全面，而且酒店大廳還有免費的咖啡，沖好的茶，還有針線包，隔音耳塞，一看就是非常的用心了，衞生間也非常乾淨，而且洗澡下水也很棒，在這裏還要推薦一下酒店的洗髮水真的是相當的好用，我想問問是什麼品牌的，我自己也買點用，我們退房時，因為錯過了飯點，我有點餓的難受，小姐姐還要給我找吃的，讓我太感動了，這家酒店不論是設施，還是服務真的是相當棒🌹推薦大家來渾源旅遊的一定要住這家酒店
