The check in associate was pleasant, which is great. I prefer a digital key and direct to room, personally. The rooms are clean. 2 water bottles were waiting in the fridge. Bathroom spacious. Overnight we could hear the room above us walking around. I got a knock from housekeeping waking me up at 8:30am. I had a 2pm checkout due to status, so why would I be gone at 8:30am? Then it got worse...another knock around 9:25. And again 5 minutes later. What in the world? I had the "do not disturb" sign on the door this whole time too! Nothing like feeling like you're being kicked out of the room bright and early. Went down to grab breakfast. Service was at breakfast was...interesting...as in we had to find someone to even ask if we should sit or wait to be seated. She then asked, are you ordering food or eating the buffet. Quick glance at the buffet and could tell it hadn't been stocked in awhile. I answered ordering food. She proceeded to take our order, without offering a menu, right in the middle of the hallway. Didn't offer to bring drinks, so I helped myself to the coffee in the lobby instead. The meal was cold when it arrived. I wouldn't recommend eating breakfast at the hotel...even if you have a breakfast credit. We ended up leaving early and not using the late checkout. If you don't expect much, this is a clean place to stay. Unfortunately, it seems to have gone downhill service-wise since I was last there 2 years ago...but so has almost everywhere.
