Amazing customer service, large clean rooms, clean linens and great breakfast in the morning! Safe well lit parking lot! Great location near beach cities and freeways. Reasonable prices and great deals when you download the app. Can't wait to visit again!

We stayed here as a large group for a soccer tournament. The motel is centrally located near everything (beach, shopping, sports complex, Huntington Pier.) They offer free parking and breakfast. The rooms are spacious and clean and contain a small microwave and good sized refrigerator. The staff was friendly, attentive and accommodating. It's not the quietest place and I could hear footsteps upstairs and people in the parking lot but it was comfortable and convenient (and we weren't looking for a resort experience.) I looked at a lot of options and think this was the best in the area for the price.

The best hotel in Huntington Beach with the greatest employees from the front desk to the valet. My trip started a little disastrously with my phone being stolen at the airport. Upon arrival to the hotel, Vanessa at the front desk greeted me with a smile, making sure I relax and described all of the fabulous amenities that the Shorebreak Hotel has to offer. The next morning Danny and Adan, also at the front desk took the time to help me extend my check out without an additional charge as well as review and adjust the final bill that had a wrongful charge. Back to my stolen phone drama, Ronny, at the outside valet ordered me an uber from his private account, to and from my carriers store so I can purchase a new phone!!! These folks all went above and beyond and so graciously! I won't foraet their kindness and will absolutelv pay it forward. Be sure to book this hotel on your next visit, aside from the fabulous location and amenities, you will get fabulous service!

Horrible conditions. Pics are not true. Wallpaper falling off walls. Duct tape on carpet. Electrical plugs hanging out of walls. Drains are clogged and no drain plugs. Lobby is remodeled and makes pics look great. Motel 6 would be a better place to stay.

Ashley did a phenomenal job of managing both the bar and front desks in a very professional manor. Overall the experience was a delight and I will drink another beer as soon as I get to the 200 character minimum required to post this review on here.

WARNING !!!!! EXTREMELY LOUD “ALL DAY” BANGING AND DRILLING!! Went for a visit with my son to relax. Arrived to the room in the afternoon, could barely have a conversation in the room, due to loud construction!!!!! Next morning, NO SLEEPING IN!!!! 8:40am drilling, right near to my head!!!! Scared me to death!!! I contacted the hotel via email/website 2 times! No response! We then wanted an afternoon nap…NOT HAPPENING!!! I asked for some type of compensation??? Also, the shower would not drain! So gross, a super quick shower is all we got, or the water would have flowed into the entire bathroom!!!!! And it took the water to drain, 40 min. Before anyone else could shower!!!!!! WHAT IS HAPPENING???? I had no warning from the hotel, it would be under constant construction for the 4 straight days, I booked!!!! And no deposit returned!!!!!!! I
