酒店很新，但是依然有衞生問題。由於回到酒店會比較晚，提前打電話跟前台溝通，可不可以把三個房間放在同一樓層，有長者和孩子，分開不太方便。服務員回答今天人太多了，有沒有房間我們都不確定！我説我都訂完了交完錢了！為什麼會沒有房間呢？我説房間會不會有異味，服務員説，我們不敢保證，我們酒店是新裝修的！我説你們是新裝修的，可以直接給我們把房間開了，把窗户打開放放味，服務員也説不確定！晚上開完房間之後，打開有兩間沒收拾的，我們又下樓去調換的！然後早上起來問樓道收拾床單的阿姨，在哪裡吃飯，告訴我，不知道，我新來的。雖然酒店是新開的！但不是你們服務不到位的藉口！
