Tangxia Hotel (Hulunbeir Hailar Ancient City Branch)

We stayed one night in this Hotel and we are happy that we did not booked more than that. To mention the positive part of our stay: the guys at the reception have been nice and tried to be helpful where they could. The breakfast was good. Regarding the negative points: First of all the smell, our whole room was covered in an artificial smell by a air refresher. After we removed it from our room the real smell of the room appeared and it was a disgusting sweet smell. It was so strong that both of us could not sleep much so that we got up at 5:30am to have a walk outside to get some fresh air. The second point was the cleanness of the room: in the shower we found towels from the persons who spent the night before us there. In the room we killed around 5 to 7 toilet flies and the floor was partly dirty. The windows are covered and can’t be open completely. The „view“ was special in a negative way. The price per value in this hotel is from our point of view not given at all. To summarize our stay: we didn’t enjoyed the stay and we would not recommend this hotel to any of our friends.

Best hotel in Hulunbuir!! Highly recommend for any tourists to stay here when in Hailar. Service is amazing, room is clean with nice design and amenities are complete 👍👍👍

優點：酒店非常有特色，黑白格調，藝術氣息很濃郁，很有文化內涵的酒店，咖啡廳環境優美，有免費咖啡劵，早餐也很好吃，房間內部裝修也很好。 缺點：估計是第一年新開，暖氣管道有問題，房間沒內不暖和，但是酒店暖心的提供了電暖氣。比較人性化。

設施：設定很好，有些細節做的很驚喜。配套咖啡廳挺好的，聊天，休息、看書都不錯,老闆的書還是可以的，跟我品味挺搭。 服務：確實沒上次好了，但是也挺主動的。 性價比：這個價格沒話説，有點瑕疵也沒有毛病。 其他：上次估計給升級了房型。這次房間面積稍微小了點。

酒店很乾凈，還有免費的洗漱包，居然還是電動牙刷，老闆真的不虧本嗎？ 但是煩人的是，晚上1點過有客人入住旁邊房間，那個小度小度也跟着客人進門開始打招呼，直接把我吵醒。而且零下30度的天氣，不提供暖庫，所有的車都停在外面。

衞生：這次住老失望了 床品很臟 躺在枕頭上臉超級癢 仔細一看枕頭 好像很久沒洗沒換過一樣臟 床單也是 難道是過年期間打掃阿姨太應付衞生了？體驗感超級差 服務：上次住可以兩點退房 這次告訴我12點 要麼你從一開始就統一好退房時間
