前台服務員有禮笑容滿面，還幫忙升級房間。房間衛生不錯，但雪櫃有問題插電後有臭味發出，我立刻拔掉電源。我預訂房間時說要一間寧靜點房間距離電梯遠一點，但最後房間隔音差聽到電梯上落開門聲，好誇張，已經和電梯相隔一間房，可想而知隔離房比我房更加嘈。早餐一般，人手十分不足夠，只有一位站門口職員及一位清潔姐姐。

從沙田地鐵站打車到酒店不用10分鐘, 附近沒有大型購物商場但蠻多吃的, 自肋早餐選擇雖然不多, 但味道還可以而且廚師現做的煎蛋親自到, 服務不錯, 可改善的是淋浴間的清潔度, 另外冷氣不夠

確實超出預期，酒店位置不錯，去哪都方便，不遠。大堂很大，窗幾明亮。看上去都很正規，服務員也很有禮貌，不論前台還是客房服務。房間中規中矩，乾淨整潔，床墊稍軟。智能馬桶，熱水水流很大，洗澡舒服，洗簌用品一應俱全，空調、WiFi都很贊，停車很方便，地下停車場很大，記得每次出去都要去前台掃碼出停車場。下次有需要還會訂，價格也親民。

這次因商務出差選擇了錦江都城酒店，體驗超預期！酒店位置好，交通便利，周邊配套完善。房間寬敞明亮，辦公區域設計合理，桌椅高度舒適，網絡穩定，辦公很高效。服務人員熱情周到，入住和退房手續辦理迅速，還貼心準備了咖啡和點心，助我緩解旅途疲憊，超貼心！下次出差還選這。

職員安排我們入住非吸煙房間，入住後發現房間有煙味，後來職員立刻幫我們更換房間。
但奇怪的是禁煙房間會提供煙灰缸，希望酒店對非吸煙房間做得更加好。
另外房間內沒有雪櫃，屏幕未有接駁電視功能，也不能投影。
保安系統希望能夠改善，因為酒店不需要房咭也能走進房間。
