Stay at hotel was good. However, they charged rs590- for one napkin which got soiled when my 10 year old daughter spilled some food on it, which as per them it was not white as was kept intially. I wonder, if my daughter would have vomited on bed, the situation would have been worst. They would have told me to pay over rs25k as a fine. We stayed there for two days, they didn't provide any water or tea coffee kit on next day, which i believe a complimentary item for every new day as water and tea are basic necessity. I have suggested them not to give room service for food or else give prior information to the customer of penalty. I wonder they would have asked us to pay for broken also. Luckily we didn't do it. Be careful of such management in future.
