El servicio y la ubicación son excelentes! Sólo un comentario sobre el tiempo de apertura de la sala de gimnasio. se cierra demasiado pronto a las 7:00, lo que nos hace incapaz de entrenamiento por la noche. Además, todo es perfecto!

The lobby looks like a spa center and it is really girly pink, and it is always dark when looking from outside. The check in was fast, and staff were quite polite. However, watch out of the noise! As all the rooms are around the pool, if you stay in a poolside room you can easily hear people laughing and talking really loud outside of your door. I was waken up by the laughter at 6:30 a.m. before the pool operates! I complained to the staff but nothing much she can do. Despite the noise, the location of the hotel is quite convenient as it is located in the city center. Don’t expect to have a four star quality, as they do not even have a gym room and the breakfast was only okays. Fairly speaking, stay in this hotel if you love pink. But if you are looking for villa or resort vibes which is more relaxing then maybe find another option

So, as it was our first trip to Hua Hin, we needed somewhere central, and this hotel couldn't have been any closer to Bluport shopping Mall. Literally located adjacent to Bluport on Soi 100/1 - this hotel gets a 10 out of 10 for location. There are green baht buses that you can catch from outside Bluport to the other mall called Market Village for 15 baht per person. If you cross over the road to the opposite side of Bluport, you can catch a green Baht bus to Khao Takiab beach also 15 Baht ride. I would describe this hotel as budget to mid range and although clean, the decor is a bit dated and tired looking, especially the main reception area. The room we had was perfectly clean, and although the decor looked better, there was still a bit of a dated feel to it. The room has a mini fridge and tea & coffee making facilities, complimentary bottles of water, replenished daily. The mattresses are quite firm, but that suited us. The towels would benefit from being replaced with new ones, but they were clean even if they didn't look it. The reception staff were friendly but could do with more training on being customer solution focused. We enquired about hiring a car and both of the ladies we spoke to were not that helpful and never got back to us with any car rental information. The breakfast served was varied, and I found the staff in the breakfast room very attentive and caring. A good selection of Thai dishes, western breakfast ingredients, cereals and fruit galore plus some traditional Thai sweets which was an added bonus for us. The pool area of the hotel is very nice with a limited number of sun loungers which were quickly claimed by our fellow German travellers! Not a problem for us since we didn't intend our holiday lounging around the pool all day. Too much to see, do, and experience for us. 😀 Overall, I would say this is an okay to good hotel and great for a flying visit. If I were staying longer. I think I would be looking for something a little bit better.

The staff were excellent. Very good buffet breakfast and hotel was very clean. They allowed me to bring my bicycle to my room no problem. If there as a weak point it would be the pool. Blocked by buildings so really no direct sun if that is a concern for you. The gym was good, small but had what I needed and everything worked and I appreciated they provided disinfectant so I could wipe down machines before and after. I would absolutely stay here again and was 2 blocks from the night market and 2 blocks from the daily fresh fruit market

This lovely beachfront boutique resort has one of the best beach view among all the other hotel in the neighborhood! Having said, the beach view of this resort is spectacular!! We would love to stay there from day to night if we didn’t have any other plan. Only suggestion of improvement would be the breakfast buffet quality as to enhance the food quality, as well as the airless and musty smell in the dining area. Though, we would love to come back again in the future.

Hotel de estilo tailandés, la entrada está llena de vegetación, se puede ver que cada planta y árbol se mantiene cuidadosamente, me gusta mucho, la puerta de la habitación es la piscina, el agua está muy limpia y los dos pisos El chalet es muy singular. Cada piso está equipado con un baño separado. Las instalaciones son muy buenas y ofrecen muchos bocadillos gratis. Los ancianos y los niños dijeron que les gusta mucho. La recepción es muy agradable. Como llegué temprano, me registré temprano y el bebé fue muy considerado al proporcionárselo inmediatamente después de jugar en la piscina. Anillos y bolas de natación de avión super lindo. Los ancianos están interesados en las plantas del hotel. Inmediatamente recogieron los mangos y nos los dieron. En resumen, todo tipo de entusiasmo, la ubicación del hotel no estará muy sesgada. Hay muchas cosas para comprar y de forma gratuita. El autobús lanzadera va y viene del mercado nocturno. Lo único que lamento es que tengo que coger el autobús temprano a la mañana siguiente y no tengo tiempo para desayunar en el hotel. Se dice que es muy bueno, pero me quedaré aquí de nuevo la próxima vez que venga a Hua Hin.

Mon père a également eu l’occasion de séjourner au Napalai Resort and Spa en parallèle de mon passage, et son expérience a été tout aussi positive. Situé à l’extérieur du centre animé de Hua Hin, cet établissement offre un environnement paisible tout en bénéficiant de la proximité immédiate du port de pêche, ce qui ajoute un charme authentique à l’emplacement. Il a particulièrement apprécié la richesse des restaurants de fruits de mer situés à quelques pas de l’hôtel. Ces établissements locaux offrent des produits frais et savoureux, permettant de savourer pleinement la gastronomie de la région dans une ambiance conviviale et authentique. Cet aspect a véritablement enrichi son séjour, combinant détente et découverte culinaire. Quant à l’hôtel lui-même, le cadre extérieur a également été un point fort, notamment avec la piscine bien entretenue et les espaces communs qui invitent à la relaxation. Bien que les chambres soient correctes et fonctionnelles, mon père partage l’avis que quelques rénovations leur feraient le plus grand bien pour moderniser l’expérience. Pour un tarif accessible, le Napalai Resort and Spa reste une option intéressante, surtout pour ceux qui souhaitent profiter des plaisirs de la table avec les restaurants de fruits de mer à proximité. Entre la tranquillité de l’établissement, son cadre extérieur agréable et l’offre culinaire locale, ce séjour a été une belle réussite, combinant simplicité et authenticité.
