The Hatton Apartments

Good It was a very nice place clean and fresh. The only problem was that the sofa bed was just useless very uncomfortable. I did send a message but we only stay there two nights so they didn’t get time to bring anything better but overall very nice.

Decent and close to Heatrow. Location is good. I had a nice big apartment, clean, basic but all in. I will go again for sure.

Had missed flight great for the night. As I had to make my way back to the US all self contained and fully furnished. the staff was exrimilly accommodating and help me with all I needed during my stay for my surprise they even allowed a late check in as I mentioned I would arrive 1 am after the flight issue gets sorted. Next time in London. will defo get them.

only closeness, it is not even worth a 30$ a night, no AC and you can't open windows due to bugs... backyard is scary. check in is a night mare.

The check in process was complicated and frustrating. We turned up and followed instructions. The key was not in the box where they said it was. After a lengthy phone call, it was determined someone would give us the key who was inside the property. Turns out, it was a painter who was painting the apartment so we had to wait until he was finished. The bathroom floor tiles were cracked and I subsequently cut my foot on a sharp edge. The listing stated there were 2 beds, one of which was a pull out couch in the main living area. OK, except that the sink tap dripped constantly making it hard to sleep. There was an iron but no ironing board. The front door was flimsy and we could hear every single noise coming from the stairs and adjoining apartments. There was also no air conditioning. I wouldn’t recommend this property at all. The staff on the phone ignored me after I asked for a discount due to the apartment not being available at the time (because of painting). They kept me on hold. I hung up and called back but my call was never answered.

Avoid at all costs. The unit was not fit to inhabit and was a health hazard. Upon arrival, the unit did not look like the description at all. Flies and dead bugs, pigeon feathers on the bed, no screens on the windows, the thermostat was about to fall off, no garden view, the front of the property was dirty with garbage, live bugs holes and stains on the wall In essence, the unit was not sanitary and not safe.
