Recepción muy rápida y ágil. Check in perfecto, los demás hoteles deberían aprender de este procedimiento de checkin. La habitación bien, cómoda. Sólo molestó que no podíamos apagar nuestra TV y los ronquidos salvajes de la habitación de al lado. Calidad precio perfecto

Stayed the night before an early flight from Heathrow. Free parking and surprisingly quiet given the location. The hotel is in desperate need of renovation and renewal, it is very shabby and tired. Our first room smelt very strongly of damp, we were moved without fuss. Wouldn't stay again until it's renovated

Ive stayed in alot of 3 star hotels before but this was the worst standard of hotel I've ever seen i would never recommend to anyone

Stayed here as I was dropping off the family at Heathrow in the early hours of the morning. The check in was efficient, Akash the receptionist was extremely helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and it was extremely convenient for the airport.

It’s a fairly nice hotel, but the location leaves much to be desired. If you’re not mobile, getting around can be challenging, and relying on taxis may become inconvenient and costly. However, the hotel itself makes up for it in many ways. The interior is clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The facilities are modern and well-equipped, catering to both leisure and business travellers. On top of that, the service is efficient and friendly, making for an overall pleasant stay despite the less-than-ideal location."

Check-in was quick and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was fine, the location was perfect for us, and although evening meal options were limited it was alright.
