Amy is. Very helpful and kind knows how to do her job Very well and I had a great stay with this hotel thank you so much Amy I have been staying for 3 nights and have had a great experience i would definitely come back and stay again just based off of the team at Horsham north

It's the friendly staff that give this place its five stars. Friendly, positive and able to anticipate what the customer needs. Thank you Mario, Amy and Freya, on a busier-than-expected Saturday morning for your top notch service and insights into what you guys do. Really quiet and comfortable night's sleep too.

Terrible experience due to understaffing. Staff tried their best to serve a fully booked hotel taking on multiple roles. Arrived to no child bed made, 1 towel in a family room, a dirty bathroom with urine stains visible on the wall next to toilet. 2 hour wait for food and when it arrived at 10pm was cold. Children late for bed due to waiting for food impacting their performance at a swimming competition.

Premier Inn CEO and management need to rethink the changes they are imposing on the staff working at this premier inn. Their working conditions are not good for their mental health and wellbeing with so many issues around rooms and meal times due to lack of staff.

The place is in desperate need of a deep clean and refurb. Breakfast good but no sausages/bacon and coffee machine ran out of coffee on day 2. Staff friendly but stretched/stressed. Parking limited and disabled spaces taken by non disabled guests.

Kerrie, the duty manager, has been on shift for my entire 3 night stay, covering across hotel reception and the restaurant. She always has a smile and is friendly. Thank you Kerrie for making a long stay away from home much easier! The rooms are warm and service provider is warmer.

The outside the Hotel was very run down. However, once we were inside it was better cared for. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful . As usual with Premier the room was very clean, the bed was comfy (with extra pillows) nice hot shower and fluffy towels. Next day we had the full breakfast with extra bacon (no extra charge) so filled up ahead of our journey home. Overall experience much as we expected , a good comfortable bed for the night.

In general the Premier Inn hotels are good, but my recent stay at Horsham North was very poor. The hotel & Restaurant needs major up lift. The Restaurant is dated/cold/shabby. The chef and staff are very friendly and attentive, but the place just needs money spending on it to bring up to the customers needs.
