Website only says the hotel may charge for pets, no where was the $50 mentioned, had we seen it we wouldn't have picked this hotel. Upon our arrival the hotel assistant manager waived the $50 pet fee, since we stayed with them a year ago when they didn't have running water at the time of our stay. My husband thanked her and signed the paper and payed for the room. While we were waiting for the key, another manager came over, demanding that we pay the $50 pet fee, or we can't get our key. We were shocked and asked them to stick with the signed contract. Manager refused to work with us, so we asked her to refund our money. She refused to do so and when we insisted, she called the cops on us. The next day, after numerous phone calls to the company, manager sent a bs "sorry, hope you will stay with us again", never indicated that he was going to refund our money.
