Staying at the econo Lodge Southaven was a great stay all five nights I I would recommend friends and family to stay at the econo Lodge in Southaven Mississippi great experience been here for 12 days and been truly a blessing to stay at the econo Lodge where they have breakfast and coffee every morning

Staff was very nice and sweet. They were very helpful,It was clean, safe, and had a family-friendly feel.Overall excellent experience. Will for sure visit again in the near future.The location was just right for our trip and added to our enjoyment

I had a delightful stay at the Econo Lodge in Horn Lake, MS. The room was spacious and came with all the necessary amenities like a microwave, refrigerator, and a comfortable bed that ensured a good night’s sleep. The high-speed internet was reliable, which was great for staying connected. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary continental breakfast, which was a nice start to the day. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my visit even more pleasant. With its convenient location near Interstate 55 and close proximity to Memphis attractions, this hotel is a great value for travelers seeking comfort and convenience. Highly recommended!

Nice well maintained property a surprise for the econo Lodge portion of choice hotel. The only disappointment is breakfast is not hot it is a buffet with limited selection and very little protein. Check in was easy with points, however I wanted to stay another day and pay and the clerk did not know how to charge me the online rates rather I had to go back online to make another reservation so a bit of a hassle simply because the morning front desk clerk was lazy

Checked in and start to inspect room. Bed had body fluid spots on sheets and mattress pad, small sofa had spattered white spots all over, bath tub shower had mold all around inner tub area that meets the wall, dirt and grime over doors. Asked for that reservation be cancelled and funds returned to credit card. Desk clerk revered charges on my charge card. I called corporate office to make sure charge was reversed. I then I called my credit cards to check my charge balance only to find out that the desk had charged another $160.00 to an account other than the hotel company account. Once confronted the clerk said it was a computer error that she had nothing to do with and the computer transferred the charge to another account. If I had not checked my charge card account I would have never known of the charge until much later. mind you when I returned to confront the clerk almost an hour later I didn't tell her my name or gave her my credit card but she knew who I was and the amount charged to my credit card to be returned. She insisted it was the computers fault and that it charge me $160.00 incase there was damage to the room which no mention was made of a charge to be held for that purpose. A reverse of charges was done from a personal account and not from a company account. When out of town please check all charges made to your credit card before leaving town. It's hard to fight charges from a distance months later. I told the young lady she attempted to steal my money and that I sorry but it was not a computer error but a human error that authorized the taking of my money. When traveling always be aware of chiefs for they come in many forms and fashions.

Etablissement très agréable, plutôt neuf avec des chambres très spacieuses, propres et confortables. Elles disposent de tt l'équipement nécessaire et enfin .... enfin une chambre avec un sol en vinyle et non en moquette. La literie est de qualité, j 'ai dormi comme un bébé ! Le seul bémol, le petit déjeuner, quasi inexistant tant par ce qui est proposé que par le nombre de convives possible A noter que l'hôtel est proche de l'aéroport, et le balai des avions commence vers 2 ou 3h du matin et pour ceux qui connaissent le film, j'ai été réveillé en sursaut façon "un éléphant ca trompe énormément" Dans la mesure ou je ne l'ai lu nul part, ca doit être exceptionnel et quoi qu'il arrive, je retournerai dans cet établissement au besoin
