We provide two kayaks with life jackets. We allow only one pet dog (that does not shed hair/fur) for a pet fee of $150. Please remember to include the pet in your booking. I understand there is some inherent risk from outdoor lakeside activities (i.e., swimming, use of the dock/ use of kayak) and accept responsibility for that risk. The guests will be fully responsible for all damage and/or loss that occurs during their rental period (excluding acts of God or nature). I will acknowledge the condition of the property in good order and condition upon arrival or inform the Host promptly if found otherwise. Host is not liable for any incidents in regards to the house, use of boathouse/Dock, lake and use of Kayaks. Host is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, injury or cancellation fees.
