Bishop Suites at The Executive Centre

The room was clean however we had issues with the checking in, checking out, finding a place to eat, and the hot water to the shower varied. The issues with the checking in, we were directed to park any level above level 6 in a non reserved space. The problem was every space was label reserved. Then we had to take an elevator down to the lobby to take another set of elevators to level 5 to check in, take the same elevators down to the lobby to take a third set of elevators to our room. The check out process was the same. There was too much hopping back and fourth between elevators during our stay. Looking for a place to eat was terrible. Most places around the hotel was closed at 6:00pm which is dinner time, and all other places require a reservation. When taking a shower, the water didn't stay at a consistent temperature. I had to constantly adjust the water so I didn't get scolded or chilled by the rapid changing temperature of the water.

A Fantastic apartment, great value. High above downtown this apartment was perfect for my two day stopover, lots of space, super clean and quiet. Check-in can seem confusing but, simply the building has three lifts 1)car park 2) business centre 3)apartments. With the office for Bishops in the business centre it can seem like you yo-yo between lifts but, once checked-in it's easy to come and go as you please from just the apartment lifts. Even with the $25 resort fee, (parking offered at $50 per day) it was still great value. Would happily stay again and recommend.
