The sectional is equips with a memory foam full pull-out, or, if you prefer, there is a queen air mattress also available. Bedroom - bedroom has a custom built, queen bed and black-out shutters that will ensure a full and satisfying nights rest. In the closet you will also find an ironing board, iron, extra pillows and blankets and ample room to hang your clothes while you are in town. Second bed / sleeping space - a queen air mattress with extra linens, duvet and pillows can be found in the closet if additional sleeping space is needed.Guest accessWhile staying at my home, you will have full, private access to the entire lower unit of my home (as you can see in the pictures). The garage is off-limits as it is used for personal storage when my home is rented to a guest.*Please note that the house has two separate units and a couple lives in the upstairs unit, so please be respectful of noise.-Just two blocks away from Washington (Wash) Park, a wonderful space for families and friends to enjoy outdoor recreation, picnics, evening strolls and afternoon bike rides and rollerblading.
