A large bay of windows perfectly frame the beach from the kitchen, living, and dining areas, or feel the breeze while sitting on the screened porch and enjoying the island lifestyle. This fun Coconuts condo is perfect for a family or couple's getaway. The kitchen is fully stocked with all that you would need for a family vacation, and there is plenty of comfortable spaces to sit for both dining and relaxing. The property has 1 bedroom and 1 full bath. This bedroom has a plush King bed and the hallway bathroom features a shower/tub combination. There is also a Queen sleeper sofa in the Living room. This direct gulf front property is centrally located in Holmes Beach and close to everything Anna Maria Island has to offer by bicycle, car, golf cart, or the FREE trolley. Most importantly, you are here for the fabulous beach! It is just a few steps out your condo door and right there you are. The complex has a shared heated pool and one dedicated parking spot for each unit. There is also a coin operated shared laundry facility on-site for guest use.
