The building is 5 star resort. Enjoy rooftop pool,jacuzzi and sky bar lounge.Just steps from legendary Hollywood Boardwalk, nicest place in all South-East Florida and 100 ft (30m) from the ocean. A lot of bars and restaurants around. One of the best beaches in Florida.

Fees payable at check-in.
Administrative fee of $55.
Building has valet parking only, overnight guests pay $37.10/day. If you are staying 14 days, it’s $280.75. If you are staying 30 days+, it will be $560.50. These prices include tax.
You will have to pay a $25/night resort fee per room at check-in for rentals of less than 30 days. For more than 30 days, it's $12.50/day.
