Fuimos estafados por el personal que gestiona este negocio, tengan mucho cuidado con ellos, no son de fiar, si no les queda más remedio que ir allí procuren no darles documentación/enseres personales. We were scammed by the staff that runs this business, be very careful with them, they are not trustworthy. If you have no choice but to go there, try not to give them documentation/personal belongings.

Overall a wonderful stay, the loveliest staff - they will help with everything, the rooms were great and the breakfast was a yummy bonus to start the day ◡̈ Location is further from town but allows for a nice walk through the not so touristy streets (excellent location in distance to Harbor)! Will definitely return next time!! ◡̈

It is impossible to use the heating element (stove top) if the pot and pan is rusted and old. No directions for the faulty stove top. It takes some trouble shooting. Yes. I was given another pan but these things should be there upon arrival. No coffee maker. Drinking water is kept in a locked room behind reception area. Couldn't borrow a knife to cut limes for margaritas, which I needed to deal with the frustration. I had to use a fork to score limes in order to get them apart. Asked about "disposing of my trash because it had food that was getting stinky." Was told by reception "maid would be around." Why not just take the trash from me? Went out for morning and returned at 130. Asked reception to take trash again and this time I just set it down at the reception desk despite being asked about waiting on maid to take it again. This time reception emptied it and brought it back without a bag in it. So, Waited for maid to start cleaning my floor and asked for trash bags. Good grief! I dont want to struggle while I'm on vacation! Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice view on rooftop but the hotel needs touching up. Paint is peeling and showing signs of disrepair on the loungers and chairs. So bring a knife, bring a coffee maker, bring a pan to cook! And supply your own water or make sure you buy some bottled to refill while reception desk is present.

UPDATE - CREDIT CARD CHARGES - See attached images - BEWARE please take caution and look online- Google search this hotel. I am not the only one that has had UNAUTHORIZED charges to credit card. Hotel comes up with excuses in not providing a refund to a 100% UNAUTHORIZED charge to credit card. Excuses upon excuses and HOURS of time and follow up to no avail: 'change in management' 'I'm just a worker here and I submitted your request to our Accounting department', 'we can't refund your credit card, the machine won't let us so could you provide bank account details' - all STALL tactics and NO REFUND received to date, despite immediate cancellation when noticed first credit card charge. Hotel then made additional charges. Requested refund be processed immediately through *******, 3 months later now still no refund. Hotel hangs up on ******* agents. Hotel tells ******* agents 'they thought that they had already processed the refund' . Hotel has the nerve to say me 'didn't you notify your bank' - Um... excuse me? They seem to think that they can get peoples credit card details from *******, charge cards in advance of bookings although booking indicated "PAY AT STAY" for a booking still MONTHS AWAY and was PAY AT STAY The hotel made multiple charges on card and has not refunded despite constant follow up for over 3 months now. Hotel seems to think they can randomly make credit card charges and then as 'tourists' we can simply 'follow up with our bank' as if that will solve the issue and they can in turn, keep the money!!! AMAZING SCAM on their part isn't it? UNETHICAL HOTEL. DO NOT SUPPORT THEM. Perhaps the place and the staff are nice according to other reviews HOWEVER whomever it is that is getting your credit card info from booking is charging cards without authorization. GO ELSEWHERE. I would not risk it. See attached images.

Please read. CAUTION- DO NOT BOOK- Booked with 'DO NOT PAY UNTIL CHECK-IN/ FULLY REFUNDABLE until 6PM on Date Prior to check-in (which would have been in over 2 months from now - Dec 2022). Cancelled when noticed charge on Credit card. There was then an additional charge on Credit card. Not by ******* but by this hotel. Over $3000CAD. Cancellation was August 2022 for a Dec 2022 potential family trip. Was very careful to only opt for a booking that 'DID NOT CHARGE UNTIL HOTEL CHECK-IN' as a 'PAY LATER STAY'. No charges should have been on card. ******* verified. ******* has escalated case and have now involved with MasterCard Investigation and Consumer Protection Bureau. The Hotel has not been responsive since multiple attempts by ******* agents since August. The hotel hangs up the phone on ******* Agents. The hotel says 'oh, the refund should have been processed by now' - then nothing. The hotel says 'oh, we have new management' - then nothing. The hotel then asks to contact via WHATSAPP - then not saying to ******* but to me - whom they were provided w/ my cc details by ******* in advance for a PayLater stay and the hotel had no issue in charging my card twice to the amount of over $3000 CAD but then via WHATSAPP says 'we can't refund'. Then the hotel asks if they can hold my money for me to come stay within a year. Then the hotel asks for my personal banking information. BEWARE. These charges have been on my credit card since mid-Aug 2022 and it is now Oct 6 2022 and STILL having issues with Hotel refunding charges that they were not authorized to make. I will post images of all of these details and hotel communications. I will NOT remove this post and will continue to update. IF hotel provides Refund I will post and update.
