It is an absolutely beautiful hotel and beautiful service! We had an amazing stay there. The decor is tasteful throughout the premises. The staff always greet you with smiles and keen to help. We booked two rooms for three nights. The rooms are of very good size with a chaise longue, a small table, an armchair and a desk with a chair. Amenities are provided, including hairdryer and even umbrellas, which were super useful during our stay as it rained daily. You could also borrow their bicycles to explore the town, which we decided to take advantage of. There's also a snooker table/bilyard by the bar. We didn't use the pool as it was raining most of the time.
The breakfast was plentiful with choices of local food, bakery, fruit, salad, cerral, egg station, and desserts.
It is within walking distance to the Old Town, about 20 minutes walk to the Japanese bridge.
They also spoil you with an herbal foot bath at the end of the day, and we received a souvenir gift at Christmas too; a really nice touch!
Humidity was an issue, especially with consistent rain; shoes got wet and difficult to dry. Outside temperature was between 20-23 degrees. Normally, we don't have our linens changed when stying in hotels, but we did this time, once, as our towels didn't dry despite the ventilator being left on for longer.
All in all, I would higly recommend this beautiful place to anyone :)

Location, that's the main selling point of this hotel. Just 5 minutes walk away from Hoi An old town, it makes it the ideal place to make the most out of Hoi An. The views of the river view room was amazing as well, being able to take in the uniqueness of the heritage site. The room was very modern, clean and sound proofing was good. Service was also very good with friendly and attentive staff. Plus points for the good buffet breakfast with a river view. Whether it's for the food, tailors, night market or just strolling around town, this hotel is certainly something to not miss.

Walking distance to Hoi An Old Town and nearby street foods. ATMs are also accessible. And when you walk, along the way you will already enjoy the view of the colorful streets of Hoi An.
My bathroom on the first night was smelly might be due to drainage since it was raining. But they took actions quickly and settled the issues. they even follow up the next day if everything is okay. Staff are welcoming and very polite. Always ready to assist. Excellent service!
Ambiance is good and relaxing. Room is spacious. Only there are areas in the room that were dusty.
Food is tasty. Love it! They also offer complimentary bicycle rentals and you can also book for Ba Na Hills tour at the front desk.
Highly recommended :)

El hotel está situado muy cerca del casco antiguo y ofrecen bicicletas gratuitas para que puedas coger una y pasear por la ciudad. El desayuno era muy bueno y la piscina es bonita. Nos dieron una mejora de habitación gratuita que era mucho mejor que nuestra habitación original. El hotel es muy respetuoso con la naturaleza, encontramos un murciélago en nuestra primera habitación y había muchas lagartijas en las paredes del balcón, lo que hacía imposible disfrutar del balcón. En general muy bonito me gustan las decoraciones y el estilo.

The location is good, just 15 mins from ancient town by walk. The room is clean. The breakfast has lots of choice and the food is nice. I had left my wallet in the hotel but the staff helped me to safe keep it and return to me with verification.

Everything at grand sunrise is impeccable and I can't wait to return again!
Kathy, our designated guest relation officer was really awesome and helpful since the moment we arrived! She was bubbly and always made a point to check in on us everyday and where we are going and gave her advice on weather conditions since we came during the rainy seasons. She was also very sweet and kind to offer to help me get the welcome cookies after i asked her where I could get it.
We stayed here for 5 nights amd everything was commendable from breakfast, room service, laundry service, staff service and down to the massage. I was reallt surprise by the beef fried rice that we ordered from room service and literally the best fried rice ever i tasted and we had to order 2 nights in a row. The hotel also provided shuttle service to the old town which makes it really convenient. Throughout my stay, I felt safe, clean, comfortable and relax and I will definitely chose to stay here all over again.
If the gym facility was bigger and have more equipments that will be a bonus! Not a biggie as there's other gym options available around the area.

THis wasnt a particularly great experience.
The hotel is located quite far from the city and it is inconvenient and somewhat expensive to make trips. The proximity to vinwonder is great but we would locate ourselves for long in this property in future.
Executive Suite room wasn't special. The outer area should have a bed in place IMO.
Facilities and cleanliness is good. Facilities wise, they are lacking play activities for children.
Service was okayish. The staff seemed to be struggling to manage expectations and general flux of guests. Were quite disorganized. They should seriously consider hiring a good management team to take care of reception. Food is restaurant was nothing special and took forever to arrive.
I didnt enjoy the experience much compared to our experience in similarly expensive properties in Thailand in past.

Fantástico
BBosseIt’s a really nice little hotel. About 1km walk to the Japanese bridge, Hotel crew extremely nice and helpful. Small pool is available but we never had time to test it. Breakfast is OK also by western standards. Rooms are small but feels almost new and nicely decorated. We will come back for sure 😎

CCataFerGoWe stayed at Hao Anh Villa for 3 nights and it was a very nice and smooth stay.
- Staff: very nice and helpful people that can speak good english;
- Room: Very good! Clean (they clean it everyday), spacious and comfortable. The only con were the mosquitos. We found a lot of them in the first day (probably because they left the door open during the cleaning period), but after that it was ok.
- Amenities: The pool is nice and clean as well as the surrounding area, with some deck chairs and tables. You can also find power outlet nearby the pool which is very helpful if you want to work from there.
- Location: Good! Close to Hoi A city center (25 min walking or 10 min. by bike - the hotel lend them for free). Close to a lot of local restaurants, mini markets and stores. If you want to avoid the crowd from city center and still be close to it, it is a good choice.
- Breakfast: ok, nothing special. Basically 2 eggs, 1 slice of bread and a drink (you can also choose noodles), but good enough to wait until lunch time.
- Internet: great even inside the room. Perfect for working.
You will notice that you’re in a guesthouse because probably the staff will make too many questions or maybe they will enter your room without knocking (it happened multiple times). If you’re ok with that (we felt it kind of funny), we totally recommend it and for sure you will enjoy your stay.

TThomasProbably one of the best all round hotels we have stayed in. We moved here from another hotel that we didn't agree with. Could not have picked a better choice. The hotel is spotless and looks to be brand new. The staff are all young, but what they lack on experience they make up for with the friendliness and helpfulness. The roof top pool is perfect for the hot Hoi an weather. We basically had this to ourselves for the 4 days we were there and only saw one other couple use it. The views are over the river and you can just about make out the sea in the distance, stunning during sunset. Hotel does a happy hour which is extremely good value on cocktails with some of the best mojitos we've had anywhere. Breakfast was great standard with both local specialisties and more traditional western options. We also used the Spa which was just as good a standard as anywhere we've been for a fraction of the cost. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

UUsuario invitadoTNT Villa está ubicada muy convenientemente. Salí al casco antiguo y regresé a mi habitación varias veces al día. La habitación era espaciosa y tenía todo lo que necesitaba: una cama cómoda, un escritorio, una mininevera, un inodoro e incluso una bañera. El piso estaba un poco polvoriento, pero las pantuflas que proporcionaron lo solucionaron. Mi principal frustración fue que el wifi en mi habitación era malo. Desafortunadamente, incluso el 4G era deficiente, pero eso probablemente dependa de su proveedor de servicios. En general, una estancia agradable.

HhollysmithA great home stay, they have multiple rooms and run it a little like an Airbnb or hotel but still keep the family touch behind home stay experiences. Family is kind, attentive, and great to chat to even with language barriers.
Free bicycles to use which is great because it’s a bit of a walk or cycle into old town. We think it’s a good distance but cycling shortened it. They do laundry but we didn’t use. They also have a dog who is a funny character.
To note for guests who are particular: Some things were a bit unclean in our room which is why we put 3/5. Amenities were good but shower head has a mind of its own and water temp is high (great and unusual for the surrounding properties we stayed in, but careful for unexpected water angles). Room also smelled damp and it was hard to get rid of smell. If this was a hotel it would be not acceptable, but given it’s a home stay we didn’t make a fuss. Just including in the review as homestays really range.

GGloryWongWe stayed at Laluna Riverside Hotel in early March. The hotel is very convenient, close to the Old Town, Hoi An Market and night market. The room is spacious and the staff was nice, especially Nancy Nguyen who cares for our need and always ready to help. Her English is good too. We booked tours through the hotel and the price is reasonably. The basket boat and cooking class was great. Massage is good as well. We enjoyed our stay there.

La limpieza es generalmente buena, nada malo con las habitaciones. Le doy una calificación de 3 estrellas sólo porque hay algo de algas en la piscina. Pero en la parte superior, la piscina no está demasiado clorada.
El desayuno es simple, pero perfecto, hay una estación de huevos, normalmente algunos arroz frito/nodo con algunos platos fritos de estirado, bacon, salsa, fruta, té/cafe, pan y algunas pasteles.
Actualmente hay trabajos de construcción ruidosos (para lo que parece un nuevo ala) que comienzan temprano por la mañana (7AM) y se mantiene todo el día. No fue un problema para mí, ya que pasé la mayoría de los días fuera y sobre, pero usted debe ser consciente de si está reservando este hotel en los próximos meses. Además, en el tema del ruido, no hay una puerta suave más cerca de las puertas de la habitación, así que aquí puedes estar bastante atascado por algunas personas inconsideradas.
En general, si iba a volver a Hoi An, me quedaría aquí otra vez (asumiendo que el trabajo de construcción se ha completado).
