She cooks a simple breakfest for you every morning. Extra laundry service, when you pay extra. Buy your bottle water from the owner. No stores near by, so a scooter is easiest transportation. Homestay is outside from the main town, next to the countryside. You can buy your bottlewater from the owner.

I liked this place, the location is good, 10m by bike from the center, and this is very good because the plce is calm and quiet. The room is very clean, confortable pillows and mattress. The host is very helpful and lovely, we had a great time there

We had a great stay at New Destination Homestay with Tuan and her family. The place is clean and the room is comfortable. Her husband is very nice and helpful. You feel at home right away. They are very welcoming and resourceful so they can help with your stay in Hoi An. Communication was easy and all was in a family like vibe. We are now friends and we will surely comeback to see them!

One of our favourite places during our 3 weeks in VN. Rooms are decent and Than, the lady of the house, speaks excellent English, is friendly and helpful in arranging things. As everywhere in Vietnam, the magnifying-glass-equiped overcritical budget traveller may find a small detail here and there that invites improvement but overall it's comfortable, clean and just great value for money. Our room on the streetside had a tiny balcony, double bed, bathroom with shower, tv, good wifi and airconditioning, in other words all the basics you need. Tip for the owner: a small fridge would've been nice but we could use the one in the kitchen downstairs. Breakfast with coffee is simple but makes for a good start of the day. We especially liked the quiet neighbourhood with alleys full of greens and flowers and a few small shops and eateries scattered around the area with affordable local food. We didn't see any menus in English which we think is always a good sign. It's a delight compared to the noisy, over-touristical mess the Hoi An old quarter has become. Do keep in mind it is tucked far away from pretty much everything. You'll really need a bicycle or preferably a motorbike to go to the city centre and beaches (motorbike for rent at 130k-150k/day, gas not included, but gasstation right around the corner). This also allows the experienced biker to visit My Son and Marble Mountain on a day trip on your own rather than with a pricy guided tour. Highly recommended!
