Extremely new hotel, clean and modern design and huge rooms. I enjoyed the stay a lot. The only downside is the location which is not close to subway. So i usually take taxi which accounts for the biggest part of spending other than flight and hotel. The easiest and cheapest way is to take taxi to the Wanda mall which is 7 min taxi away and take subway from there. Other than this everything is good.

房間衞生沒有打掃乾淨，馬桶是堵的，淋浴間的噴水頭水太小了 和前台提意見 前台説已經過了退房時間説什麼不能彌補 真是搞笑 她可能覺得我要她退房費吧 不去找彌補措施第一反應是擺爛 説“解釋再多也沒用” 地上是污漬，前台拍阿姨過來解釋，阿姨直接來了一句説就是這樣的，説拖把拖完地了之後就是會有印子留下來 早餐種類很少，基本上沒什麼特色，而且早餐餐廳都是一些阿姨，阿姨服務意識也不強 前台處理這些問題的思維很有問題，不是推脱讓別人來解決，就是説一些亂七八糟的話，從頭到尾都沒有想着要想辦法解決客人提出來的一些訴求，反倒是想覺得客人是要享受一些福利 呵呵 來內蒙古了六天，這是住的最差勁的酒店
