There is a private dock where you can sunbathe , swim and dock your rented boat (unfortunately Lake Toxaway will not allow the use of private boats). There are 3 kayaks available for your use on the lake. The spacious light and bright interior features modern amenities and cozy furnishings, ensuring a comfortable stay for you and your loved ones. The King master with it’s en suite bathroom (twin sink vanity and large walk in shower) has large windows with views of the lake. The guest Queen and twin bedrooms are also off the main level and share a bathroom between them. The Twin over Full bedrooms are located off the kitchen in what was once the garage. This bedroom has a bathroom which is also used as the powder room. Located off the living room and also accessible from the porch is a large screened in porch with a gas grill and an outside table for outside meals. The large porch has rockers to laze away those warm summer afternoons – enjoy a book, a glass of wine or simply sit back, relax and enjoy your beautiful view of Lake Toxaway.
